Sex. It would be easier for me to give up skydiving than give up sex. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Yay!:4:I did pay beer.... What a fun weekend! I got a new phone on Thursday, and it's a fancy shmancy phone with a camera. Apparently, these two people were getting very annoyed by my camera usage. Oh well! I had some fun in Indy on Friday night and Saturday morning. I surprised someone with the coolest sunglasses ever and lots of beer. Saturday afternoon, I went out to Hinckley for a few jumps, and I got one in with this crazy woman that you all know and love as EricaH. She rocks! While I was out there, I met this guy who is walking from New York to San Francisco along 30! Last night, people raised enough money so that he could do his first jump out there today!

What is the most pleasant thing you will do today ?
Vallerina replied to cocheese's topic in The Bonfire
Okay, I'll rephrase. I'm not going to post in detail what the most pleasant I will be doing today is because it would cause an extreme jealousy in the rest of the posters, and I don't want to be the cause of anyone else's suffering. Let's just say that the most pleasant thing I will be doing today will most likely involve angry neighbors, black stuff, and possibly Shiner Bock! Hehehehe!!! Aren't these forums G-rated? I don't think I can say what the most pleasant thing I'll be doing today is! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning -
What is the most difficult thing you will do today?

I never said that I was perfect. I said that I turned out alright. My parents are definitely not perfect. They both worked hard, and they spent time when they could. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

We almost moved to Buffalo when I was 9. I was told that it was life. I didn't want to move there, but I know many kids who had to move far away because it made sense. And, of course time the parents spends with kids influences them, however, both of my parents worked 50 hours a week. That's the "norm." After they got home, then they would spend time with us. I doubt moving them to a new place and working so much had to do with your cousins' problems. Both of my parents worked a ton. I came out alright. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Well, that's depressing. I hope that in 20 years I'm a very different person than I am now. I have a lot to learn. I have a lot to experience. There's always room for personal growth. No, I hope that I don't become a liar or cheat, but that doesn't make me "who I am." There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

That's cute. My grandma is 70-something, and she got divorced to my grandpa the day my older brother was born. She goes and travels all the time. She reads many books. She attends lectures on whatever she's interested in. She protests wars! She gets lonely, too, but even married people get lonely sometimes. My best friend's dad was a very intelligent man, and her parents didn't marry for "superficial" reasons (I'm not sure what you mean by that.) One day, he decided to leave his family and start a fish farm. Her parents had been together for 16 years or so at that point, and her mom never saw it coming. We have all seen things like that happen. People don't change immediately, but I doubt many 40 year olds can say they are the same person they were when they were 20. Really? I'm not afraid of being alone at 60. I've enjoyed plenty of activities by myself (including skydiving....I didn't have any friends/family/boy toys with me on my first jump), and I imagine that I can do the same when I'm old (unless there's a law passed that old people can't do activities alone.) It comes from the fact that people change so much over the course of their life, and to find someone to love them for who they are right now and still love them for who they are in 20 years when they've changed so much from the person you originally fell in love with....well, that seems pretty darn difficult to do. It doesn't justify cheating (which just seems cowardly to me), but it explains the many divorces (which I see no real problem with unless there are children.) Stop kissing gay guys. I only did that once! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

That could be! That means they knew starting out that the chances of going beyond kissing were slim! I've heard guys whine about the same. Maybe it's because I went to a college where it was 65% male, so many women felt that they had to take advantage of every opportunity that passed their way...I don't really know. I haven't seen an overwhelming amount of the stereotypical men/women quirks in relationships/make-outs. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

I have quite a few guy friends that would turn that down. Actually, I think all of my guy friends would be scared off by some woman walking up and saying, "Hey, do you want to go have sex?" (She'd have to be insanely hot for that to work.) Maybe it's because I hung out with frat guys while in college, but I saw them randomly get offered sex at a bar just as few times as I have! Also, there were (very) few times where I wanted to kiss a guy but got turned down. Also, there were plenty of guys that I've kissed who have came out and told me, "I'm not going to have sex with you." (Yes, I believed them since they were over at my place and left.) So, as with everything, views on if men/women can get sex easier depends on one's experience. I saw many hot frat guys get offered sex. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

As much as I love you, Bill, I'm going to have to disagree with you here. I have had very few occurences where men just walked up to me and offered me sex. I don't think I'm too hideous. Actually, the times I've kissed guys, I have usually been the one to initiate it because I don't get hit on all that much. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Was this in relation to having to drink Miller? No, it's the fact she was on the south side of Chicago. AT NIGHT!!! And, Remi, don't you know me better??? I did NOT drink Miller! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

I went to a Sox game last night for the first time in about 10 years. While it's true it is more fun now that I can drink cheap beer at an expensive price, I still won't go to a game unless it's free! Things I liked: -We had great seats! -The have a neat-o bar called the Bullpen -I went with people I really like -Fireworks Things I disliked: -Everyone keeps to themselves. When a homerun was hit, nobody was high fiving each other. I turned around to do so, and they looked at me like I was crazy! -The jumbo screen. It's just really annoying. Fancy computer graphics are silly at a baseball game. -They kept playing the same 4 or 5 pop music songs over and over and over again. -They serve Miller not Budweiser. YUCK!!!!! I found some Leinenkugel to save myself with, though! And sorry, Bo, nobody there knew anything more about baseball than when I went to Wrigley Field. Overheard while the players were warming up, "The first baseman is having an off night, isn't he?" I had a great time and all, but it's still something I would never pay to do!
