Americans lose touch, have less friends I blame it on the fact that people have become too self involved to both to keep in touch with each other. The paradox of our generation is that we have a ton of different ways to contact each other, but we always tell each other we are too busy to keep in touch. It's BS. If something is important to you then you make the time to do it. Keep that in mind the next time someone says they are too busy to write or call. *edit to add* I'm not worried, I have no firends anyways. The instrument is a JEOL JXA-8500F electron microprobe analyzer. It's basically an SEM with spectrometers hung on it so it can do WDS in addition to EDS. I do mostly quantitative chemical analyses with it, the biologists are wanting to take pretty pics and the nano guys are wanting to do lithography (as well as pics). Got access to google in the lab? If so I can finger out that shit. No problemo.. Just gota show me how to turn it on, and what all the knobs do.
