Yes iTunes is very much in use on this device. It's the interface to update everything. So the DRM and the basic Apple BS still apply. Still it's a groovy looking stylish phone/video/music player. I can't find a decent picture of it. Cheech and Chong's album cover for "Up in Smoke" you opened the album and on the inside of select collectors editions was a huge rolling paper.
