The software *will* have bugs of some kind. This is a statistical fact and a characteristic of software in general. Then the argument can shift to specifications which pertain to all units and away from ambiguous questions pertaining to a single unit. What we have here is variant n on the OJ defense regarding DNA. I bought 2 "desk" there. They're very plain, no drawers. You buy little cabinets that roll up under them. They've got glass tops, pretty sturdy. I'm very happy with them. I do however have to say they're higher then my office desk at work. Well if you read the story, some judges are throwing the cases out. So it's a thin line to walk. I really have to agree with the defendants in some way. There was a DUI case (a bunch actually) where the cops were to be found having tampered with the insides of a breathalyzer.
