    Considering the shitty treatment I endured while renting a place in NM that had an HOA, the stories I've heard from friends, and what Law School has taught me re: HOAs--RUN AWAY. Buy a house with character in town, not some Edward Scissorhands-looking cookie cutter house. HOAs are fucked up. Illinois needs a CCW Law. NOW.

    Exactly. The vast majority of Americans dont know or give a fuck as to what the fuck Aqua Teen Hunger Force is. The show sucks, and there's no reason that a stupid-ass picture makes a potential IED seem less dangerous. The response is understandable. It's best to react and hold those who caused the problem responsible, rather than endure the myriad of lawsuits that would occur if they reacted lesser and innocents were hurt.     Uhhh.. I would be looking for a new CPA and Broker. 4% sucks. But, 4% w/minimal risk to the principle is better IMHO to 20% with a murderously high risk of principle. And take into account that w/$294M as the prize, you'd be lucky to see $140M after taxes Illinois needs a CCW Law. NOW.
