Listerine can actually make your breath smell worse in the long run. It kills all bacteria including the normal helpful flora in our mouths. People actually should not use mouth wash unless there is a reason ie new pericing for it. At least this information has been passed on to me by my dental hygenest. If ou feel it is necessary to use a mouthwash use a pre rinse like plax. Somehing with a low alcohol content, but a higher floride content. On another note we really shouldn't use antibacterial soaps to wash our hands. for the reason I noted above Ani-bacterial soaps kill the helpful bacteria on our skin and leae more room for the harmful bacteria to grow, so in other words people stop using purel and other such nonsense. I was working on getting a reserve for my rig. I thought I found one, but unfortunatly it is in another country. So this reserve doesn't have the TSO patch on it. The reserve I am looking at is a popular one in the states, but due to the lack of the patch I am under the impression that I cannot place it in my rig i.e. it would be illeagle for a rigger to do so. Anyone else find one of these things in your mail box. It is a little blue ring that you are supposed to look at when you feel tempted to eat like crap. There are some helpful tips found on the card that came with it. Don't forget: eat Something green everyday. that Grasshopper pie doesn't count. that health club memberships are more valuable than clean plate memberships. that Carrots are good for your eyes(text gets smaller) that whole grains are a whole lot better. that elevators are optional. that size doesn't matter, unless you are talking about portions. that good habits can be as hard to break as bad ones. that it's humanly possible to only eat one piece of pizza. that if you are fifty you might only be half way there. that easting better meals today, means eatting more meals down the road. to eat better America.
