    Well since YOU put it out there. You might have put the complaint out in its entirety. Trademark infringement was the least of it. I wasn't going to put anything out here but I would rather do that that have wrong/incomplete information given. The complaint is for violations of sections 43 (A) of the Lanham Act,CONSUMER DECEPTION, trademark infringement,and unfair competion.

    That is a bunch of bunk! If people want to make a tandem they will find a way to make one. I know of folks that have been charged nearly $500 per tandem. No justification for that nor for the business practices of Skyride. If they had set themselves up as something like expedia it wouldn't have been an issue. Fact is they didn't. What they did do was mislead consumers and redirect from real drop zones on the internet..period. Oh and they stole a lot of copywrited photos and...and..and. 'Nuff said.

    Melissa Nelson invited a bunch of folks to participate in a 4-way VRW "mock meet" at US Nationals in Perris. It was met with great enthusiasm as 7 teams came together at the spur of the moment to give it a try. Melissa as always had everything prepared from draws to judges and an abundance of encouragement for all. As the three rounds progressed, the buzz on the DZ was all about wanting to the see the video. We were not disappointed, it was wickedly awesome! The opening banquet/award ceremony contained footage of the 3 top teams and it was nothing short of amazing!! I will be working with Melissa over the course of the next year to see about hosting the "test event" in Eloy. This is so exciting and something that many folks will be able to join in on. Way to go Melissa!

    Thank you everyone! I have to say after round 2 I was ready to throw in the towel! Then I decided to "buck up" and just go ahead and land on my rear bumpers! The ankle is about double in size. Had to take several deductions in the comp rounds due to the shoulder but the free rounds were great!

    I just have to say that this is something really inspiring. Who would have thought that Todd would be competing just 15 months after his injuries. Todd...you are a testament to the human spirit, and a true champion. With deepest respect and admiration. B2 P.S. I gotta learn some of that belly stuff
