LOL I grew up in the PNW. I moved here to get away from rain and snow! HUMPH damn pixie wand is broken. It was -30F at altitude this am. It has since warmed up and the rest of the week should be in the upper 50s? Thats it..I am moving to somehwere warm.

Update~ The City Managers contract will not be renewed by the City Council. Eloy Enterprise Jan 18,2007 The one person that did vote to keep him, told me directly that the vote was so that he could "Keep his pension" even though the individual stated that she knew which way the vote was going to go. Now that sounds like a solid reason for a yes vote if I ever heard one... The move by the City Council does not solve the current issue, but at least the council now has all of the information they need to make a more informed decision.

As well as stealing! Then again, what I would say is that it all is in the eyes of the beholder. Truly I thank you for the compliment, but hot is not some thing that I would use to describe myself. I am old and tired. Now, Rosa...thats hot to the point of smokin' in all aspects.

I agree! I think alot of it is planned for show. I'm worried about Paula though After seeing her all over the place acting like this. It's almost like she's trying to act "right" Poor thing They don't listen to all of the contestants as they pre-screen. Many talented people get cut. Its all about ratings. Did anyone else catch Paula mouthing the word "freak" in reference to one of the contestants as she turned her head to toward Randy? "cartman" was endearing in a way even though he couldn't sing. I am glad that at least the panel showed some kindness to him. For Simon to cast remarks about being a "bush baby" was not well done in my opinion, but I guess some people like to see that kind of stuff and don't care if it hurts a person's feelings. I don't think I will be watching anymore of this kind of crap. Simon got pissy about lack of professionalism...maybe he should look in the mirror.

The ash dive for Tom will take place on Saturday January 13th at sunset. It will be followed by a life celebration in the Bent Prop. B2

There will not be a "memorial service" for Tom as per his wishes. Tom was part of our family here and of course we will be celebrating Tom's life. There will be a tree planted in honor of Tom. The family welcomes any cards and stories that you may want to share. They may be sent to the address below the post. It was Tom's desire to have his ashes dropped over the DZ followed by a "wake that would do ya proud". He wanted his friends together laughing and having fun.He didn't want anything more than this. Thanks Sangiro for pulling up that photo. That photo is in the bar and lined on each side by the US flag. Tom was a veteran. Last night we gently placed that photo over the top of the bar in respect for Tom. Busch was tippin' all around the bar. Tom would have been pleased.

First off we do have raft dives from time to time. There are a few things you should know. You will need permission from the ground person of the day (Burke, Brandon or Ben) There is a $100 refundable deposit. You will need to supply your own raft. You will need your own people on the ground to retrieve the raft. You will need to manifest on a skyvan You are responsible for any damage that may occur. If you have questions about engineering the dive, see any of the organizers. Have fun!
