Would someone care to define the term "SkyGod?" I think you'll find attitude from people with both high and low jump numbers, in all disciplines. I also think that the term may have different meanings to different folks. So...lets hear it.

I would rather see # of jumps in the past 6 months. Some people come out here and do 100+ jumps in a week. Maybe thats all they do for the year.
-
Not really...I know a few folks with over 10,000 jumps and never bothered to get more than an "A" Others don't even go to a "D" unless they want to compete in the open division.

bbarnhouse replied to mjasantos's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Thanks Mario! Interesting that most thought that the jumpship would be an otter. So appreciate your keeping us all posted. Cheers! B2 -
Exactly so. Folks can quit whining abut the injustice of it all. It just won't make a bit of difference.

There is another solution for those that just want to visit. Its called dropzone.com chat and you are welcome to talk about anything that you would like. There are many folks behind the scenes that donate their time, energy and talent to contribute to this community. Rec dot, I think not but hey, if folks don't like it here the door is that way --------> I post quite a bit in Talk Back since it gets the most views and if information needs to get out I generally post there. What it comes down to at this point is a lack of respect. IF folks play nicely together perhaps TalkBack will be available. Until then, stick to the topic in the topical forums. Warm Regards to all. You can put a bungee on the leg straps in the back, or use a pull-up cord to tie them together. Back in the old days when straps were made of cotton, the elastic keeper was used by pushing it to the top of the hardware. (was actually the intent of the keeper in the first place)

BirdMan was very generous! Actually, they donated two

My suggestion at this point is to devise a plan that I can pass on to Bryan. Ultimately, Larry Hill will make the decisions with recomendations from Bryan regarding the flight patterns and ops at WFFC. We all need to work together on this. You can shoot me a PM with yur ideas, and I will give them to Bryan.
