So neat to see two fo the girls I grew up skydiving at the same DZ with on here. They both are wonderful people and super skydivers. I've spent an hour in the tunnel with Jamie which was hsyterical and had many fun jumps with Kim. Got my shirt already! BTW...Kim is now a Glover as she made Doug an honest man. I agree with Kate. Sleep is overrated and what else you going to do on the plane? As for the cypres. I carried one rig and checked on on the last trip/s. No problem with either rig or cypres. I did put a note in the checked one so they knew what it was. The only thing that really bothered them was my weights. Something about not being able to see inside. Have fun and be safe. There were so many people there for the big way camp that it would be hard to say who was a regular and who didn't belong. I understood Dan left the rig out on the packing area while he went into the Bombshelter only to find it gone upon his return. It is a sad day when we can no longer trust one of our own. I wonder if they can pull the manifest list for that day and contact everyone just as a "reminder" that it is missing and maybe they picked up more than their stuff. Yes, I realize if you have an extra rig in your stuff you'd know it, but I'm actually trying to be nice. My new Odyssey does not have the same turned back chest strap that my Mirage has. The chest strap is flat all the way to the end in the Javelin. Although I have not noticed it slipping YET there is the potential for a heavy hanger to unthread my chest strap during a hybrid. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit.
