    Skycop: Just yesterday there was an incident in Atlanta. Mother left a three-year old in the car. When she returned she was promptly arrested by police. Had she ran, they should have just shot her in the back? Is that what you are saying? Killing the mother over a minor infraction? Depriving the child of his mother. P.S.: This was a woman in her early 20-ies from Europe. Not accustomed yet to the harsh realities of American policing. If the cop wasn't a mursering piece of suit cocksucker it wouldn't have happened. I guess that child support will remain unpaid, eh? Saying that had the guy not turn and run it wouldn't have happened? That makes me wonder whether the cop told the guy to turn and run. This scene was just cold blooded. The way that cop just calmly planed that taser. Was like he had rehearsed it

    Using your post only as a spring board. What needs to stop is this fascist glorification of men and women in uniform. "Our firefighters, soldiers, police men risk their lives every day." FUCK THAT. So does every construction worker, meat packer, and tax assessor. They get paid to do a job. But first and foremost they are citizens. Citizens in uniform. But citizens nevertheless. Not part of a secret brotherhood that can do as they want. Those are thugs. Unfortunately we have too many Thugs in Blue already. But then. Can you really blame them? Because the public drums it into their heads that they are special. And eventually they believe it themselves.

    MODS. On a different note. Why is there no choice flag-wise/ country-wise for European Union in the profile section??? That's what I would really like to display! I am an EU citizen, of German descent. First line of my passport, outside cover, reads: "European Union." The second line is "Federal Republic of Germany."

    One other thing to think about. I am feeling tremendously sorry for the Lubitz family, also. Imagine what they are going thru. They lost their son...Not only that. But also seeing him now portrayed as a mass-murderer world-wide. As a parent, brother, sister, relative. I'd pass on that experience. They just deserve as much support as the victims families; because they are victims, too!

Maybe you could further elaborate on the parallels and similarities between Hitler and Andreas Lubitz. Of course, I expect you to do better than the obvious, such as both were Germans.     You might recall that that was only used as the last option to break the Senate GOP-minority stranglehold on governing. Of course, even though the GOP now has the majority in Congress, they still don't know how to govern responsibly. Now they are fighting among themselves taking our beloved USA hostage. And in their spare time they are disparaging the executive branch and the President. Traitors all of them.

    I think that's the wrong take-away. Point is that they continue their idiotic moves day-in, day-out. To wit: Demolition of the ACA, complete disregard for the office of the President, government shutdown for political posturing, etc. These clowns need to get called out again, and again. Until the message sinks in that they are not representing Americans, their voters, etc., but only their personal financial well-being.

    I am trying. :) It is time that we take our country back from the extremist 20%. Wherever we encounter them. Of course, I will never convince the Billy Vance's of this world.
