new years day I am either going to jump (weather permitting) or fly my new kite surfing trainer kite (if the weather is windy enough)...gotta love having something to do when its windy out! _________________________________________ this space for rent.

amen to that... I can only get so much of dean kain (sp?) and amahd rashad talking about how every single jump is a feat of death that was meraculisly (sp again?) overcome by some stoke of luck getting a perfectly good main out there... who are these guys anyways.. get someone experienced in the sport to host a good show that can hold the attention of whuffo and skydiver/base minds alike! _________________________________________ this space for rent.

I havent been hit directly, but I was in a pool hall once and these kids were playing around with some c(prob cheapo) keychain type pepper spray... I was about 5 feet away and it was making my throat get all dry and my face a little tingly..I cant imagine what it feels like getting hit square between the eyes. on the other hand I have been shocked with a tazer...(once again more of a cheapo...but dont get me wrong it still hurt like hell) my buddy has one that runs on a 9 volt, but when you have a fresh battery in there it makes some great cracking noises when triggered... we used to get drunk and see who would take it more... it would definately make you go to the ground, but within a few seconds (10 or so) we were able to get back up and go for it again:) _________________________________________ this space for rent.

Ever chopped a perfectly good main?

my first and only cutaway to date was one I could have landed... in retrospect I prob should have, but I am alive now and didnt get hurt so that also makes it the "right thing" to have done... it was a side step thru...so when I pulled my right toggle I went left...it was on a 220 fury and I chopped it at 3k... went immediately to the reserve and was all good... didnt get in trouble as it was a mal...not a super serious mal though... ahh well...now with more experience Ill deal with a little more stuff before reaching for my handles _________________________________________ this space for rent. -

I am just the opposite.. when I was younger I was pretty messy, but now that I am married I find myself picking up after her!... clothes, shoes, clean laundry...etc.. no biggie _________________________________________ this space for rent.
