    I'm guessing if someone wanted to commit suicide, they wouldn't turn themselves into the ground, because if it doesn't kill you, its gonna hurt like hell. Please don't take this as a reason to discuss the best way to kill yourself. It's not cool, I've had to deal with someone who did it and broke my heart. I hope no one is offended by my comment. These are the unfortunate things that go through my head. Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

    I have a birthmark on my right thigh (front) depending how you look at it it can be a man sitting on a cannon, an elephant on its hind legs, and it has over 30 freckels in it. I constantly get told I have dirt on my leg. Alot of people think its a burn (its not red or scared at all) and one kid accused me of giving myself shots there.     I've asked that question to a military guy that does that and his response was...do you really want to be flying around with 100-200 other people with steerable canopies at dusk I thought it was a good point.     Unfortunately, I got to witness a fatality just like this one a few years back. No one knows what happened. He had a camera on, and was jumping a big canopy (200ish) on a really windy day. He was set up to land and was over shooting the peas, did 1 360 and would have been okay but never stopped the turn. Contact theory: she may have lost one or both in freefall. I really really doubt she just didn't put them in. Sinus problems mess with my vision, this could have been a possibility. Brake line hang up - Its happened to me, after opening, and after both brakes were released. There may have been more than one factor that contributed to this accident. I did not know Holly, but from everything I've read, I wish I had. It really sucks when shit happens to good people and we get no good explanation.     Granted my first jump was 7 years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. Back then we were trained on rip cords so all night long I would wake up, jump up on the bed and ARCH, LOOK, REACH, PULL, CHECK 1000, 2000, etc. IMO, its normal.     That's kinda funny because a guy on the radio down here (TN) said his wife ordered a bunch of Canadian stickers to put on their luggage because she travels so much. and in case anyone was wondering, I was/am for the war, Saddam is a very bad man and needs to be punished.     I've met alot of Canadian's and so far they all rock! I have not had the pleasure of meeting Jean Chretien and I don't believe he speaks for all Canadian's like I would hope the rest of world would believe our politians DON'T speak for all american's. I don't care much for alot of our politicians and am still proud to be an American. BTW - I like the Canadian National Anthem better than ours (even though I don't know all the words).     My first canopy was a Sabre. My openings were inconsistant but over all a good canopy. I was slammed several times BUT several people I know wouldn't jump anything but a sabre and say they have never had a bad opening. IMO, it all depends on the wing loading. It seems that the people who really like their Sabre, have a little larger Sabre (170 or greater) and are wing loading it 1.1 or higher. Good luck.     Yes, turbulance can collapse a canopy. Full flight means arms all the way up, ready to flare. Land into the wind.     It was covered for 1 year on the frame and 5years on the mattress. This was about 10 or so years ago. If you haven't owned it very long, you may want to see if they had a warranty. Good luck Judy Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

    I used to have a futon. I went through a couple of frames. One I had, had a warranty on it and when the guy came to replace it he said he had never seen one look like that before.
