    You can do this. I got both of mine when they were puppies (they're 120# and 55# now) and they stayed home for long periods of time alone. It was a challenge, and I'll admit that some household items had to be replaced, but it was worth it. They are both very disciplined, and live in a happy home full of love and attention. They may not have had that opportunity with someone else. They're living proof that just because you can't spend 12 hours a day with them doesn't mean they'll turn out bad. You should keep her. She's already 7 months old. The really hard part is over. And I'm sure she'd appreciate being able to stay with someone who cares for her and who she cares for too.
