Yes, very cute. So is this a FEMALE orange tabby? Those are rare, as they are mostly male (maybe like 90+% - I should google it). I'll try and crop one of my pics of my little boy (male orange tabby - he's about a year old now and probably about 14 pounds) later this evening since they are over the 100Kb limit.

But it's not! It's only good because of the original! You guys must have never hung out with geeks in grade school.

Car finance companies and insurance...ranting involved
Elisha replied to freeflygoddess's topic in The Bonfire
1) Don't pay them the additional amount 2) Send them a photo copy or fax them your proof of insurance. State Farm (or whoever) should send you the cards that you are supposed to keep in your glove box (actually, a few copies) so you can prove you have insurance. It should have the policy# on it as well. 3) If they still whine after 2), call a supervisor (call Cust Serv and ask to talk to their manager). Explain your rights, threaten to call the BBB and Department of Insurance for your state. You have the right to refinance with another financial institution (i.e. take your biz elsewhere) and remind them of this. They'll fall in line. -
I might have to disagree with you here John. The average jumpers gear bag may not be an appropriate place to store those spare parts. Cables get kinked, bent, dirty... Considering that I don't have one yet.... but what do you think of FliteSuit gearbags? I have a 50% off coupon that I won in absentee from that I need to pickup and use sometime.

GG, On your used gear page, is that tallguy modelling that container? It looks like him from the back.
-
Ditto. I turned it off after 45 min, and I want that 45 minutes of my life back. No HATING Napolean Dynamite!!!! The movie rocks!!! You guys just need to watch it a few more times.

I don't know what pet wolves are like, but the husky in her may have mellowed her out. Inka (she) usually was behind the manifest counter, but would stand on her hind legs and bark at times and we'd have to yell at her to shut up. Overall, a friendly, furry dog though. Of course, I have a cat, but I just barely favor cats over dogs and I'm in a townhouse which isn't really suitable for a dog.

Just remembered. There was this AFF student who brought their yellow lab to the dz. The DZO let the chow mix play with the lab outside the office. The lab owner would tie the two dogs' leashes together and they would basically just keep each other in line and not run away. It was hilarious!

re: Marines, So, you're not a Marine? Army? They've actually shot at you ("friendly fire"? What are "Haji"? KIA and WIA = Killed and Wounded in Action?
-
The DZO at hy home dz has a female wolf/husky/chow mix. She has a ton of hair, but a nice friendly dog. Of course, she is a three part mix.

This is hella funny: CLICKY I'm gonna get pissed off soon if noone looks at this.

If tallguy (signed up to go to the Byron Boogie) is on these boards, ask him. He's tall(er than you by a lot and maybe heavier).
-
There's lots of them - good ones too! I was there and someone I was buying red for told me to get organic. Oh, and I think he said that Fetzer usually is too (or at least their Merlot).
-
As he said... It's probably best to find something used that works for you for those "first 300".

Don't wait until it happens to find out. Because then you might lose a weekend of skydiving while awaiting new handles to arrive for your rigger. Go ahead and order spares now, and keep them in your gear bag. Then if you lose one, you just hand them to your rigger at the same time you give him your rig for a reserve repack. That gets you back in the air again, ASAP. Good idea. Thanks JP and others. I think my container is a Talon that is about 7-8 years old. Yes, I know I shouldn't worry about holding on to them, but if it were to happen, I think that it would be hard to remember to hold on so I was just curious. Thanks again.
-
FYI everyone I was at Trader Joe's the other day to pick up some red and the wine guy said that Chilean wine's are generally organic (i.e. no sulfites) - just how they genearlly make it down under, even if it isn't specifically labelled organic.
-
Just curious how much they cost. If I have a cutaway, I'm not sure I'd be able to remember to hold on to the handles. Thanks.
-
What, they're not forcing you to swallow it are they? Was it dry or wet dog food? Wet would be gross. I may be nearing 100 by Byron myself.

Hey, I'm going to have to back him up here. I wear a skateboarding helmet (it was only $35) and it does the job even though it may look similar.
-
Exactly, and I'm one of them! Why risk f*cking up a perfectly good main! (insert sideshow Bob shudder)
-
What was that? Considering that I think the segment doesn't air until the 9 PM (PT) Sportscenter, I would think it would be "delayed" to some extent.

Slight tangent, but when you go to canopy manufacture websites, they have guidelines for the canopy sizes for Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. I have 78 jumps and have a Sabre2-150 loaded at 1.05, so what kind of wingloading is that supposed to be? Intermediate?

When did you move to Perris then?
