first of all call your landlord and let them know what is going on.. your safety should be a priority and see what they can do about installing an alarm system - that way they have it for the next tenants as well... also - call the cops - just to give them a heads up and tell them you dont feel safe.. i really dont know what they can do, but at least it will be on record ya know... if you're REALLY feeling uneasy - don't stay home for a couple of days, and take your valuables with you - do you have renter's insurance? seriously don't cower when it comes to stuff like this - safety first - ESPECIALLY when it's in your home where you should feel the safest! that's the biggest crock of horseshit i have ever heard... i think your friend's friend has probably been screwed over before and truly believes what she said to be true... IMO - there is NO excuse for cheating - cheating is for cowards that don't have the balls to say they don't like the other person anymore and don't know how to control their impulses... like stated before - if you resort to that why are you in it to begin with...
