Another interesting point you missed with the whole gun and ammo tax. Reloading. I personally dont know what the article said because I clicked on it several times and it kept telling me there was no server to support my request. However, unless they plan on actually breaking the tax down to where it applies to primers, and powder people will find a way around it.
