------------------------------------------------- I'm sorry did you say something? I was busy shining up my new predator missle. Polishing the Predator, eh? Has a nice ring to it. Choking the bishop, spanking the monkey, polishing the predator... Don Dont let your jealousy of me give you a inferiority complex. Its not your fault you were born with that tiny thing. Read this and weep. If I had a dollar for every time you chimed in to defend your best friends I'd be fucking rich. Now go back to polluting the young minds of america with your senseless drivel.

Which is more important -- my rights, or your safety?

As a non-American that was something I have been wondering about - my question being is that not what the 9th Amendment is for? My thinking is the right to travel freely must be one of the lynchpins of a free society, in the modern world cars are the primary means of transport, therefore driving (as you say, subject to reasonable licencing) should be viewed as a right. You should come to texas. If you dont have a car here you'll be walking for quite some time. -
Anybody seen the preview for the new tom cruise movie Oblivion? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGpjlfCfe2Y

libs have the inability to recognize logic that stems from a tragedy to create political gain. does not compute.

I think anyone in his situation (loser, having been trying for a really long time) would have a very difficult time looking at it objectively. You need a pretty strong ego just to try to run. I listened to Romney with an open mind prior to the election, but I'm not granting him even that little bit of cover re: his post-election conduct. At least McCain, in electoral defeat, knows how to behave like an adult. Romney is nothing more than a whiny bitch. So you're saying he reads posts in the SC and tries to emulate you? I didint know he was that diverse.

Enough with the gun talk...lets talk about violence.
regulator replied to ManagingPrime's topic in Speakers Corner
Violence is part of not only the american culture. The entire human culture. Why is it so easy to forget that not too long ago...people actually had to hunt for food. Was PETA out there having protests? No. Now I see yesterday that some animal rights activists were getting upset that a man in florida who literally handcaught a 6 foot tarpon with his hand and then wrestled with it for 30 seconds or so before it fell back in the water. If anyone gets upset about that then definately dont go fishing with me. We have this thing called cut bait where we catch a small trash fish and then cut it up into pieces to catch bigger fish. But yet people will pay good money to watch two men beat the shit out of each other at UFC fights...or even boxing in general. I understand that as a part of civilized soceity we are to learn and grow from those barbaric times and evolve into a peaceful soceity, but it wasnt that long ago humans were killing to put food on our tables. I bet there were precious few vegetarians back then. -

You have spent hundreds of billions of dollars on fighting terrorism, which has killed less worldwide than Americans killed in gun violence. Thats a good point but tell me how the law abiding citizens of this nation have anything to do with the war on terror. -
I do think this next statement applies to what you said. Feel the BURRRNNNNN how about THAT use of the search feature?

well considering that my comment was before this article was released...but in any case touche' good sir. BUT...I did specifically mention the entertainment industry..dont see anything about that yet.

Not only has his 'gentlemen only ladies forbidden' skills drastically diminished...he tried to play in dubai ...until they realized 3 mill for an over the hill golf player wasnt in their best interests. Now he wants to get married to the same lady who left him...with an anti-cheating clause. WTF is an anti-cheating clause?
-
Golf ace Tiger Woods is trying to convince ex Elin Nordegren to marry him again with a megabucks prenup and an anti-cheating clause, the National Enquirer reports. The shamed sportsman, who was exposed for his serial cheating behind Elin’s back in 2009, is desperate to win her back, the magazine claims, offered a $200 million prenup to the stunning Swede. And she is said to be considering the proposal, but only if he includes a $350 million anti-cheating clause. Elin, 33, who had children Samantha, five, and three-year-old Charlie with the ace, won a $110 million settlement when she divorced Woods. Now she is said to feel the new deal, worth more than half of Woods’ $600 million, would be enough to keep him from cheating again. The couple were divorced in 2010 after it was revealed Woods cheated on Elin with a loooooooooong list of women. Elin is currently rebuilding a $12 million estate in North Palm Beach in Florida to create her dream home. She has dated several men, including a wealthy financier. But the Enquirer claims Woods got down on one knee to pop the question at Christmas and even presented Elin with a ring Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/01/17/tiger-woods-proposes-to-ex-wife-elin-nordegren-report-says/?intcmp=features#ixzz2IGuJqGnJ

Will the Federal Assault weapon ban include .22 rifles?

On Dec. 17th, Feinstein said, ”I have been working with my staff for over a year on this legislation” and “It will be carefully focused.” Indicating the depth of her research on the issue, she said on Dec. 21st that she had personally looked at pictures of guns in 1993, and again in 2012. Let me get this straight...it took her a fucking year to look at some pictures? -
I agree with you in terms of what the NRA proposed. All I'm saying is that if Biden actually went to the trouble of meeting with high up members of the entertainment industry as a part of the mission to find a solution of mass shootings then at least have one of the 23 proposals hit on ALL THE BASES...Not just gun control. Even if it was something minute like tighter control of the movie ratings system.
-
I thought having a black guy say it instead of me could give it more backing with the libs.
-
I'm glad you mentioned that because I knew fairly well that nothing was going to happen to them. But my thing is...if you werent going to do shit in regards to policy regards the entertainment industry then dont incorporate them into your supposed fact finding mission on how to prevent mass shootings. Man up and admit that having a policy agaist the entertainment industry will be about as effective as having an assault weapons ban.
-
So I assume the document you are referring to has nothing to do with this?
-
I see in the 23 proposals there mentions NOTHING about the entertainment industry. Yet Biden chose to incorporate them into his study, but no proposals about how to curtail the influences young minds see while watching TV.

My father was a captain in the army during the 50's. Needless to say they didnt do a good job of checking what officers took off base because I grew up with det cord, flash powder, and hand grenade bases..of course he hid the actual primers in a secret location. But we would just circumvent that and fabricate some kind of plug and use the det cord. I've been the direct cause of some massive explosions in my childhood. But since I've been taught in detail about what the possible outcomes could be I still manage to have all my arms and legs.
