  1. this makes my head hurt... I can waste brain cell in other more productive and stimulating ways.
  2. id be careful doing the 3rd method like that. i didnt mention this method cause choppig the throttle is not nezzecary on that displacement. but it will work and it will come up FAST! also nice knee drag
  3. i would have to agree! clutching is the most predictible and consistent way of doing it. also u are at a lower rpm when u do reach that balance point. so less need to switch to the next gear. I mentioned that powering it up was an option and failed to voice my opinion on the preferred method. if u want a good video look for wheelies for motorcycles from dummies. the 2 guys that made it are in the process of making others. I purchased the 5 disc set b4 it ever came out and i so far in the last year have only received the forst 2 of the 5 dvds. they had a legal situation with the For Dummies book people and changed the name to level X. so the wheelies dvd is now level X. I have Kyle Woods cell phone number and last time i called it to see when I could expect my next dvd his voice mail said he was out of town for 2 weeks and to leave a message. that was a coule of months ago which reminds me that i have to call him again and see if im ever going to get another dvd... edit: well i called again and i got the voice mail again and his team took first place bla bla bla... so i left a message and while i dont think he will call me back we will see.... EDIT2: HOLY SHIT!!! he actually called me back in less than 5 min from when i called him! he said that stoppies dvd is done burnouts is done and acrobatics is still at the replicators(SP?). he also said that the people that had been waiting on the box set that already paid were going to get a bonus dvd. forgot what he said it was, i was still blown away that he actually called me back. lol. needless to say i cant wait to get the other in! 4. SWEET, well i wouldnt fare that well... upside down plus way to many miles to go bluebook. but its taken care of and will last for many 10's of thousands more miles to come. My best bet is for it to get stolen cause i got a theft policy at the dealer that will pay for up to 5000 of the loan after insurace is done with what they will pay. so that will pay it off! lol... 5. insurance didnt like it too much did they thats what eeps me from getting to involved in stunting. at least till its paid off! ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!

  8. well have fun! if u wait u can purchase the things that will portect the bike in an event that u have to bail at low speed and it meets the pavement. (extended frame sliders, swing arm sliders, crash cages
  9. i have an o3 gsxr 600. turned almost 16,000 so far. probably getting a gsxr1000 next spring. Like the r1 but im stuck on suzuki. I have switched to GP shift. went 520 conversion and changed gearing to -1 up front and +2 in the rear. much more low end and only 5mph taken from top end. as for wheelies.... better to practice on a smaller cc bike. much more forgiving on mistakes. that r1 will have u sittin on ur but if ur not careful. well anything can have u loosing the rear of ur jeans to concrete. I dont do much stunting, but...
  10. save the rocks!!! take the bottle and leave it in the freazer over night. go get an ice chest and fill with ice. place the now succulently chilled bottle of goodness in the ice chest. grab a small glass. Get the best lawn chair u can find and park ur ass in it. pour small amounts and sip. make sure to keep the bottle in the ice as much as possible! mmmmm screw all the additives. You have now made me thirsty... thanx..... ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  11. i have TMJ also and have seen that exact thing, but i havnt gotten mine taken care of. I also know that that is very expensive to have made. thats why i just ment like something a lil cheaper. I would think the dentist would be willing to take impressions and have it done pretty cheap. Cosidering it didnt imvolve correcting jaw alignment or anything like that. edit: and I dont think it ould pop out that easy! if the dentist made the impressions. an orthodontist may be the best person to see about doing it! 12. i was trying to be scientific but hay that works edit: and i was talking like people that have those clear braces. its like trays that fit over the teeth. and they are like a hard plastic instead of soft rubber. not met to protect from impact just cold ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! 13. I wonder if the dentist could make a clear mold that u could pop on and off to keep the cold away from the enamel of ur teeth while u jump
  14. I would imagine a full face helmet would be the best way to go. ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  15. he probably did it to make sure u were completely awake b4 u left the plane thats funny though! ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  16. after your tamdem u plan on really getting involved in skydiving? have fun on ur first jump. smile for the camera
  17. thats cool. im making my first tandem jump on saturday. already started saving for my AFF trining at the end of July. Cant wait! There is a book I was told about and i got it at my DZ. its the Skydivers Instruction manual. its 25-30 bucks and it has everything u need to know. im getting all of my pre-knowledge from it so when i go to take my course i can focus more on the jumps and technique rather than trying to remember facts. they will already be in my head. Good luck with ur training! ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  18. I would if all the proceeds were going to a charity of some sort. that would show community involvement. Even though i dont think i would be able to make it out to the tunnel if i won. now if it didnt expire for 1 year or something that would be cool! I could plan out a trip to make it to any Tunnel in the U.S. with in a year. All for 30 min of fun and practice! ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  19. well i probably walk/speed walk about 3+ miles a night cause of work. I run and moniter Furnaces. I lift up to 80lbs. routinouly(sp?) and its balls to the wall almost every night. I think if i sat behind a desk i would fall asleep lol ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  20. im really green with skydiving so i dont know what a Z1 is... but in motorcycles when the bulletcams are used they are mounted on the side of the helmet(full face) just below the visor using the supplied adhesive mounting strip and flat mount to hold the bullet cam. I know this may have been no help, but i tried. Also the bullet cams i have seen come with a couple of different mounting brackets. one would allow u to mount it on the top of a helmet. If it didnt help, sorry. ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  21. nice to know that as long as i get good weather its completely obtainable. I will hope for good weather. Also to comment about the in shape thing. Im in shape. so no worries there. 20-30 lbs. is doable (sp?). ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  22. now i wasnt raggin on u or nothin. just saying i could post what the pc105's output is on a motorcycle. im not familiar with very many cameras being that this is my first one. and i got lucky to come across a 60% off deal. Otherwise i wouldnt even own one
  23. well i know that on a vibrating motorcycle there are no problems with vibration effecting the camera's output. I could take some of the fotage off the camera and host it if its ok to link to videos on this forum. ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  24. i got a pc105 a couple of months ago. I love it. Just need to get a Wide angle lens. I have used it on motorcycle rides and look forward to getting a skydiving helmet to mout it to once i get training out of the way. ExPeCt ThE uNeXpEcTeD! DoNt MiNd ThE tYpOs, Im LaZy On CoRrEcTiOnS!
  25. thanks for the advise and input everyone! I know its demanding. I will be rested and ready to go each day. and after i finish it may be the next weekend b4 i can jump, but i dont see it being more than 1 week b4 i get to jump again. for now i will keep my nose crammed into this Manual and absorb all the info so when i go in i will already have he technical knowledge. its all about doing after that. it should make it easier to focus on my training rather then trying to remember all the technical information. as far as funds go thats why i have to wait till the end of July or Early August. but hey its a savings goal now!
