Anyway this is my first 3-way, i've done about seven 2-ways before this and planned on getting some coaching at bodyflight as im well aware of my back sliding, unfortunately it was down for repairs when i was scheduled in so just hit the DZ as usual. Hammered I like the simple words like defeated aswell, used in context i think they describe situations well. Like eating a full english with a hang over with your mates and they can see your suffering to get it down.
