  1. If any of this is true, it is really bad: https://twitter.com/BrynnTannehill/status/1556981527090716673?s=20&t=y80jz0eKtRzNciUzycMLkw Really bad because Trump would only hold on to those documents for one reason: monetization.
  2. If he was, I missed that entirely.
  3. Supposedly the FBI enforced a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago today. The thing is, there are so many investigations ongoing against Trump that you can't even know for sure which investigation lead to this and what they might be looking for.... https://twitter.com/kaitlancollins/status/1556775941854085120?s=20&t=O_JpJGRChX499OzoHQCqYw
  4. How does he not get charged with perjury....the justice system really is a joke.
  5. yeah? What are you going to do about it? Hate to tell you, but you don't have a perfect capitalist economy and you aren't the greatest nation. You are the white version of the Taliban.
  6. Going to be hard to convince people that is a toilet in the White House, that it is his writing, that it hasn't been staged. I am also getting very tired of "journalists" holding all this supposedly damaging information until they need it to sell books. As always this is a nothingburger used to sell a book or two. Tired of it.
  7. I would be all in favour of mandatory biometric locks on all firearms. The amount of identities that could enable the firearm should be restricted to 2 people max. Sure there will be some instances where they won't work in time, nothing is 100% perfect. But overall it will reduce gun violence.
  8. Considering you have areas in the US where a woman is not allowed to divorce her husband if she is pregnant, two animated characters of equal gender kissing is clearly very triggering.
  9. Yes "limited" is indeed less than average, you have proven that.
  10. Didn't they teach you at your incredible MBA not to answer questions with a question? Shows you don't have an answer. As usual you just copied stuff without any thinking.
  11. We already knew your grasp of economics (and percentages) is a little....limited. But thank you for reminding us again!
  12. No, the assessment of some person on another forum lol could be you really. And you shockingly failed to copy properly. The Wonder Woman sequel indeed flopped. Can you tell me what changed between Wonder Woman I and II to make I a success and II woke?
  13. Ah, so your two quarter opening remark was just trolling. Got it.
  14. Alex Jones ordered to pay $4.1 million in actual damages. Punitive damages to be decided tomorrow.
  15. Will probably end up being what the Republican's hoped Hunter's laptop would be.
  16. Wonder Woman had a budget of $120 to $150 million and a box office of $822.8 million. Net profit is estimated at approx. $250 million and it was in the top 10 for 2017 most valuable blockbusters. Not sure what they taught in your MBA about "broke", but not sure you have a very good understanding of it.
  17. Maybe he was disturbed about the intimate messages between Alex Jones and Roger Stone..... I know I won't be eating dinner tonight.
  18. For a more serious answer. The NBER officially determines recessions. The following is directly from their website: "Q: The financial press often states the definition of a recession as two consecutive quarters of decline in real GDP. How does that relate to the NBER's recession dates? A: Most of the recessions identified by our procedures do consist of two or more consecutive quarters of declining real GDP, but not all of them. In 2001, for example, the recession did not include two consecutive quarters of decline in real GDP. In the recession from the peak in December 2007 to the trough in June 2009, real GDP declined in the first, third, and fourth quarters of 2008 and in the first and second quarters of 2009. Real GDI declined for the final three quarters of 2001 and for five of the six quarters in the 2007–2009 recession. Q: Why doesn't the committee accept the two-quarter definition? A: There are several reasons. First, we do not identify economic activity solely with real GDP, but consider a range of indicators. Second, we consider the depth of the decline in economic activity. The NBER definition includes the phrase, “a significant decline in economic activity." Thus real GDP could decline by relatively small amounts in two consecutive quarters without warranting the determination that a peak had occurred. Third, our main focus is on the monthly chronology, which requires consideration of monthly indicators. Fourth, in examining the behavior of production on a quarterly basis, where real GDP data are available, we give equal weight to real GDI. The difference between GDP and GDI—called the “statistical discrepancy”—was particularly important in the recessions of 2001 and 2007–2009." Surprised a smart guy with an amazing MBA doesn't know this stuff.....
  19. Today was not a good day for Alex Jones, which makes it a great day for most everybody else.
  20. And abortion may be an issue that can turn that tide. Kansas shows that even in strong republican states, banning abortion is not popular.
  21. Considering the push for a change to the US constitution, I wouldn't be optimistic about anything in the US.
  22. Now I understand why Joe is a big fan of buy back programs, always the business man!!!
  23. If you don't want to mend fences, why build a fence?
  24. Now the DOD has some missing text messages from their top staff too. Considering all the consternation around Clinton's emails, I am sure Republicans are going to be very upset about these missing text messages. All joking aside, you had an attempted insurrection and all of a sudden communications within Secret Service and DoD disappear. That level of Banana Republic should be extremely concerning for all. https://www.cnn.com/2022/08/02/politics/defense-department-missing-january-6-texts/index.html
  25. good time to bring this beauty back: https://twitter.com/WUTangKids/status/1554241961938272256?s=20&t=CRpwTEyKP5P5cBaeNtJihQ
