nope Simple, leave it up to the parents to decide. They can decide what theya re willing to live with and what they aren't willing to live with. It's called free will and progress and being selfish and personal responsibility all rolled into one.

Not me. But, I wasn't only talking the child, the parents can suffer as well. In a different thread we have already established that you have no issue with being selfish, so if a parent decides they do not want to have a child with Down's, abortion should be open to them.

Exactly and just like vaccinations and drugs that cure, abortion is progress when used to prevent people from suffering.

Both I find silly arguments that people like to throw out there, but then don't really follow themselves. if you (general you) truly believe that, then you also should opt for any vaccinations, or birth in a hospital, or take any medication when sick, no operations etc, cause you just have to deal with what God gives you and God won't give you anything you can't deal with. Funny enough, when parents decide for their kids not to take medication or not to be vaccinated or not to undergo chemo therapy, they are generally labeled as child abusers.

Great, so the majority of firearms in circulation in the world are for what? The majority of cars in circulation in the world are intended to be used as transportation. The majority of hammers in circulation are actually used to hammer nails. The majority of firearms in circulation are used or intended to be used for killing. Now, this does not make firearms bad. Claiming that firearms are not lethal, or claiming that cars can be lethal is just silly. The majority of firearms, if used as intended are lethal.

That's a little far fetched. I doubt he made the word up on the spot and happened to make up a word that already exhisted. If he knew the word, knew how to pronounce it, I would think and reasonably conclude he knew what it meant too.

And i was pointing out that it was a semantics argument since if you changed are to were in the sentence it would be 100% true. Hence, I was agreeing with you that in the current day they are not all specifically designed to kill. (we don't need debating classes before posting we need reading comprehension classes before posting)

I am on topic. Many objects are constantly villified and people have no issue with it. Take nuclear weapons, take drugs, the list really is quite long. A nuclear bomb is just an object, it needs human interaction to kill. I know it is more extreme, but it would fall udner the same argument. So, why does that argument in your opinion work for firearms, but not for other objects? The reasons have been stated many times before. The first gun was not invented to shoot at clay targets, or at paper targets, or to take to a gun range for competition. The first gun was invented to kill people. If you really want all the back up, you don't even have to use google, just use the dz.com search function.

You should ask your whole society that. They have been following GW like sheep because of vilified objects. WMD, Mushroom Clouds, Nuclear Bombs, Liquids, Vaseline, Hair Gel the list goes on..... Semantics, when you change "are" to "were" then the sentence is 100% correct.

Saying something that has not been proven or more importantly, cannot be proven also does not equate to lying. However, in your case when a Dem does that you call it lying, when a Rep does it you call it either bad intel or you all of a sudden reverse the burdon of proof. I don't hate GW, I actually think he is too stupid to realize what is going on. I feel sorry for him and I feel sorry for Americans that they have to deal with a president who can't coherently put one sentence together when left by himself. Lastly, I feel sorry for your service men and their families, dying in a war that was a personal mission for GW and a war they will never be able to win.
