  1. Interesting to read this. Considering there are large groups who are using violence to advance their lot in life by shedding light on systemic and ongoing racism. Those people are generally being told to settle down and not use violence. The stance appears to be, I get to kill you for what I have, you don't get to be violent.
  2. I have no idea what that is supposed to mean?
  3. I think it got racial associations when white power groups started using it. I don't care where it originated.
  4. Other than you started by definitively saying it wasn't white power related.
  5. If you own a business, you have assets. You will have to sell those assets for your lawyer's fees before the "if you cannot afford...." becomes part of the equation. If you do not have assets, your argument you were murdering people to protect those assets goes away.
  6. Then you also cannot pay your defence after shooting them. Which means you will lose your business. Should you really be killing people if the outcome is the same regardless? At that point the killing has no reason at all.
  7. If 8 separate GOP investigations could not determine what you think is clearly so obvious, they aren't very smart. The people voting for them must be even dumber.
  8. If looters got into a gun shop it wasn't very well designed or built.
  9. Yeah, not surprised you would read that and think it is reporting and not an opinion piece.
  10. The idea you need deadly force to protect property is pretty crazy to me. You need insurance to protect property.
  11. first of all, let's revisit your opening two lines on the subject: "Absolutely NOT. The OK sign was NOT appropriated into white power symbolism." That should take care of the first part of your post. Secondly, I didn't say the cop was racist. I said he threw a white power sign. He threw a white power sign at a black lives matter protest. There is very little chance he didn't know that sign couldn't possibly be misconstrued at a black lives matter protest.
  12. True. But burglary and looting are different crimes. Looting is often charged as a misdemeanor. Can you murder someone for a misdemeanor?
  13. Look, somebody is doing a symbol in a non-racist way, therefor it cannot be racist. Look I have a black friend, therefor I cannot be racist.
  14. You are also ignoring the president having non-violent protesters excising their 1st amendment rights shot at, so he can go have his picture taken.
  15. You have been ignoring your law enforcement murdering unarmed black people for decades.
  16. I find very little humour in racism. Wonder if you can spot the differences in these two short videos: one two
  17. That's awfully similar to the "I have a black friend" argument. You can do better.
  18. Sure, that could be it. Though they tend to use their knees more for that purpose. But then, you haven't seen the entire clip, so not really sure what happened right......
  19. Does suggest he would flash a symbol trying to piss somebody else off.
  20. Maybe you should watch his facial expressions and his body language.
  21. Mmm, I wonder why you post that image and not the image of George Floyd being murdered? There are two types of people during this time. "it is horrible that innocent black man was killed, but destroying property has to stop" "it is horrible that property is being destroyed, but killing innocent black men has to stop"
  22. Because even my "burns" are smarter than that.....
