Weird you feel you have to mask who this person is if their mission is to educate the public.

Then you don't understand Roe v Wade, since that specifically speaks about "undue burden". Unless fully overturned, the cases regarding abortion will likely be all about that particular standard. Just like the above scenario would lead to a challenge around infringement. I hope you get the point.

Would you consider a mandatory $100,000 charge on every firearm sold and a $10,000 charge on each bullet sold at odds with the 2nd Amendment? All still very legal to own and carry around, just a bit more expensive. And maybe only available at 1 store per state, which cannot have more than 100 people living around it in a 500 mile radius and cannot be shipped and have to be picked up in person. Still legal, still available. Just some zoning and taxation changes. All within the purview of municipal and state legislation.

What evidence would you accept that shows her husband influences her decisions?

Geriatric Rambo to the rescue. The US is in good hands!

Trump did say he brought football back. Nice of you to show what he used to turn you from a tight-end into a wide receiver.
-
What are you asking him to do? Use money from daddy and Hollywood and spend it in such a way to ensure losses are maximized? Except now you are footing the bill? If you think he is such a smart business man and that is how the country should be run, that means ensure a high level of losses and constant emergency infusions of cash. You think that is an effective way to run the country? What exactly are you asking of Trump?

At this point I would suggest all of her rulings if she truly believes she is fundamentally submissively to her husband. her fundamental belief, and she is welcome to it, appears to be a state where women, wives, are submissive to their husbands. You don't think it warrants to ask what that means for her professionally?

I do get a kick out of how incredibly American it is for people to think that having a gold toilet is a great qualification for their leader.
-
Clearly you have never worked in a corporation. If you have only worked for people who don't tolerate opposing views, then I guess that explains some things.
-
No you don't. That is a lie. Whenever he says something really stupid the first thing apologists like you say is: he doesn't really mean that.
-
I would love to hear your logic on how the best constitution, from the best founding fathers in the best country to have ever existed leads to nothing but fuckwad leaders?
-
And how many Americans really only care about hurting other people. They fundamentally do not agree with "a rising tide raises all boats". Republicans only care about themselves at the cost of anything and everything else and Trump is the perfect embodiment of that.
-
No they haven't and no you don't. Absolutely class A bullshit.

Watched the whole thing. Agreed with CNN's summation, it was a shit show. Biden come across as old, just old. Hard to rally behind him I find. Trump is classless, clueless, crass, racist. All the things that we all knew about him already. All the things his supporters love about him. All the things people who say they don't really support him, but sort of do, tolerate because it still serves their purpose. He fully embodied the American caricature. The whole thing was a disgrace an utter total disgrace. Lastly, there is no doubt now that Trump is a racist. He has now made it abundantly clear. hence, as far as I am concerned, any supporter of trump is a racist as well. Not even touching on Trump's attacks on Biden's sons.

No. There are not nine justices because one female justice might have her husband deciding for her. You will note, I am not making any dire predictions. I think it is valid that in a position where a Justice believes she is fundamentally submissive to her husband, who is actually making the ruling. Since her husband isn't being vetted to be a SC Justice.
-
That is a little different from this justice though. If she truly believes she is submissive to her husband, could he tell her how to do her job?
-
Indeed. It questions who will be the decision maker when she rules, her or her husband?

Trump's taxes show chronic losses and years of tax avoidance
SkyDekker replied to Phil1111's topic in Speakers Corner
I think that other than Nixon and Trump both being presidents, there is no comparison. Nixon's crimes related to being president. trump's crimes relate to his life before being president, before being in politics. The idea that being a politician leads to a consequence free criminal life prior to being a elected cannot be good for any country. -
This speaks to that. Winning more important than truth.

Trump's taxes show chronic losses and years of tax avoidance

Considering you have people spending life in jail without the possibility of parole for shoplifting, I think he definitely deserves time in jail if some of the accusations are correct. -

No need to be jealous. If you just work a little harder, I am sure you too can attain the American Dream.

Trump's taxes show chronic losses and years of tax avoidance
SkyDekker replied to Phil1111's topic in Speakers Corner
How badly broken is a tax system where Donald Trump can write off $70,000 for his hair, but a mechanic cannot write of the cost of tools and teachers cannot write off the cleaning supplies for extra COVID related cleaning requirements? -
Trump's taxes show chronic losses and years of tax avoidance
SkyDekker replied to Phil1111's topic in Speakers Corner
I can't say I think less of Trump for avoiding taxes. I do think less of him for evading taxes. The big issue here isn't even that part in my opinion. The biggest issue is the National Security threat of having somebody with that much personal debt in office.
