Well, you said race doesn't factor into your decisions. You also expressed your opinion (a decision) that "black lives matter" would be more convincing if black's being shot weren't being shot overwhelming by other blacks. So in this case, the message from the messenger is conflicting.

You already suggested that you don't really care about gun deaths amongst the black population since it is for a large part black on black violence. Which is interesting, considering you generally say you don't see race but only results. In this case you seem to have no problem pointing out race, in stead of focusing on results. Another example of you being nowhere near as principled as you claim to be. Your statements on this subject continue to be of the "I can't be a racist cause I have a black friend" variety.

I was in Ottawa this past weekend, stayed at the Chateau Laurier to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. Unfortunately this was planned before these protests were announced. Regardless, I saw it all first hand. I am not a Trudeau fan by any stretch, but he was correct in his statement based on what I witnessed being there. Were you there?

How do you figure that? House has been in a hybrid format with many members attending through zoom almost since the start of the pandemic. At least use talking points that are routed in fact. otherwise you are starting to sound like trucker who demands to be allowed to enter Canada from a country he isn't allowed to be in to begin with.

Not disputing that. When the NRA had to choose between gun control or allowing black people to carry, they were much more in favour of gun control.

I fully agree with this. I commented before that I think Biden decided that he wanted his presidential legacy to be about pro-Biden and not anti-Trump. I think that has been a fundamental mistake which will have future consequences.

So there is quite a bit less sea ice and in areas where it used to be passed the 1981-2010 median levels it has now shrunk to less than those same median levels. -
We know people committed violent acts because Trump told them to do so. Do we have any evidence of people committing violent acts because Snoop told them to do it? Is inciting violence really a big issue for you or are there really some other motivations here?

Don't think so. I think she was reminding people that the NRA has historically shown itself to be against black people carrying guns.

I happened to find myself, unplanned, in the middle of this mess on the weekend. Possibly the dumbest thing I have seen in quite some time. Protesting against the federal government to end provincial mandates. Protesting against the federal government to end a mandate that would change nothing, considering the US has the same mandate. A lot of support for white nationalism and a lot of disrespect for those who fought and died for actual freedom. It really should be illegal to round up that many 60 IQ people and parade them around.

One is wrong, the other is neither right nor wrong. Twitter is a private company, they can decide who they want to give a platform to and who they cannot. As long as they do not ban am identifiable group en masse, I am fine with Twitter banning those who break their stated terms. Same reason I am fine with "no shirt, no service" signs.
