Is the manufacturer's recommended max weight limit designed to say that the canopy gives the best performance at that specific weight loading for your experience? Or is it for "legal reasons" so they dont get sued if the canopy malfunctions due to too much wing loading? Blue Skies, Omar A-39113

Prost, Well i wont exceed maufacturers specifications, because i am not going to risk my life by overloading a canopy beyong what is reccomended. If you wana to load over 2, why dont you fly those high eliptical canopies that perform better at high wing loadings Blue Skies, Omar A-39113

I have seen pictures of people jumping with sunglasses. Has anyone jumped with them and how do you keep them from flying off? Doesnt the air get in there and becomes uncomfortable for the eyes to be open?

ummm i said Lake Wales not Naples. Anyways I've heard alot of bad things about Naples. In fact, there is a frequent jumper at my DZ that lives in Naples but drives 2 hours, because he doesnt like Naples DZ.

My suggestion is the Odyssey by sunpath. I have only jumped it once as a demo, but when i was in my sit, i had to check if the rig was still on my back cuz thats how comfortable it is. Only 6 more days till it comes in!!! Now 2 more weeks after my container comes in, my canopies Sabre2-150 and PD143R comes in!! YAY!! Omar A-39113

Whos going to the Florida Keys (Marathon) Boogie? Does anyone know the minimum jumps required to attend due to the small landing area and the proximity to water? I heard a B is required.
