The thing that really pisses me off is that I just bought a roll of the old stamps a few days ago. Now I will have to go buy those stuiped one cent stamps.. Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

2 Audibles...... So you have stereo... I like the audible, it lets me know it's time to clear air and pull. I like mechanical, that way I know how much time I have to complete whatever I am doing in the sky before pull time. I like my eyes, because if that ground is getting big fast I better get some fabric out!! I like my Cypress, just in case all of the above fail it will let me know that I have been a complete dumb ass and realy need to evaluate why I am in the sky. I know this isn't what the question asks but I think all of the above are aids to keep you alive and the more you have the better! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Thanks for the insight with your other posts I found them informative. . I felt I must clarify on the above.. Currently I have no issues with my canopy and few issues with landing (everyone has room for improvement, right). Your assumption is wrong, a master rigger was explaining this to a friend of mine, of which she has a wing loading of .8:1 Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Just to clarify I am asking this question and am by no means an expert, although I do have a 100+ jumps which qualifies me right.****sarcasim*** I heard that to light of wing loading could have negative effects when setting up to land under brakes or trying to bleed off alti. With light wing loading the speed in which your canopy is able to fill back up with air, when releasing brakes, is reduced thus not allowing a full flair at landing. Does this make sense?? It did when I was being explined this Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Today, I am deployed to Afghanistan. Operation Enduring Freedom rotation 6. No jumping allowed out here, hence the low jump numbers, but as soon as I get back stateside I will be jumping every opportunity I get. And though I have only been in the ARMY for a year and a half, and this is my first deployment... I am glad to be here. It can get hard, but I never expected it to be easy. I knew this was the profession that I wanted to follow since I was in 10th grade. There is no place I would rather be, than between the great people of the United States of America, and the violence that tries its hardest to inflict fear, with no avail... Give them hell over there and come back safe!! There is a ton of skydiving waiting for ya when you get back. Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

I love my Spectre, she takes good care of me. I did a ton of research before buying my spectre and I never heard a bad word about spectre. They open nice they fly well and landings are perfect. You'll love it!!! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Man you need smaller than that! Why not try a velocity 90. You can do it!!! By the way I don't know shit about shit, but I do know a good instructor can keep you safe and out of trouble when you have questions like yours.. I fly a spectre 170 and weigh about 190 geared up and I love my canopy and have no desire to down size at this point. Stay safe!!! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

I haven't yet, but I am sure the day will come. I had my pilot chute hesitation once which I thought was a bag lock when I turned and looked back it cleared my burble and a beutiful canopy opened. I had both hands on red and was going to chop. Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

I haven't jumped since Thanksgiving weekend. I'm gonna have to shake some dust off in Eloy. (Even more dust if I happen to land in the desert). I think you have me beat! I am hoping to the same this weekend. Be safe girl!!! No broken parts!!! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!

Ditto. I've been registered since 2003 and have around 600 posts, almost all of which have come in the last 2 months. Why? i'm not really sure, but entirely coincidentally I got a new government job about two months ago. Thats beutiful!!!! Keep up the good work! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!
