So, as a military member, I am able to use HR Block online for free. I go through the entire process and e-file my paperwork. I went back the next day to check the status and make sure the IRS has accepted it and I noticed my refund amount had changed. So I send an email to the "Tax Expert" and I get an email back saying that they some times put a hold on my credit card before charging the payment I owe the IRS. Keep in mind, I never gave them my credit card, nor owe any money. So I sent them an email asking if they would actually read my previous email and I all I get is call the IRS. Now if I remember correctly by the adds, don't they say they will handle the IRS if there are any problems?
