At least we see your opinon for what it is A completely idiotic twisting of what I said, when I had a moment of weakness and actually tried to engage you in a reasonable discussion. This is why nobody wants to discuss anything with you, Warped, etc.: What the fuck's the point? Hey leave my name out of things dorkface!

Plane passenger accidentally activates ejector seat
warpedskydiver replied to ryoder's topic in The Bonfire
Do I log my first jump if there was no rig involved? Henry Bivins gave me the honorary title of a "Bag" after we met back in 1985 I also got my first skydiver shirt from him. I had gone to jump school at Ft. Benning but was not a skydiver. -
Thanks, he was a very good guy and very courageous. For an Intel weenie(spook) he was spectacular. He was highly decorated as well, mostly for valor.

I was really drunk and ready to leave a singles bar near my home. Before I could get outside and start up my bike, I was approached by the official bar hag (not bad looking my unclean as the week is long) everyone including the scum nailed her nightly. I looked at her and because I had just chugged the rest of the pitcher of Little Kings Cream Ale I suddenly hurled the entire contents of my stomach in her face. To my surprise she said are you sure you don't want to go home with me?

Damn you must be on the KBordson details hotline!

Plane passenger accidentally activates ejector seat
warpedskydiver replied to ryoder's topic in The Bonfire
I, too, wonder if that's accurate. Doesn't pulling the handle not just eject the seat, but actually commence the ejection sequence -which begins with the jettisoning of the canopy? (I don't know re: this particular system, and I'm not going to look it up.) If not - ouchie!. This also begs the question: during his pre-flight briefing (if any), wasn't he told "Don't pull this handle"? Many canopies have explosive charges rigged to them in order to shatter the canopy instead of jettisoning them. The RS211, Harrier Variants, some others that don't come to mind this min. The idea is that a very low flying high speed aircraft can get you out faster that way. oops I just read that John already responded. -

It is reasonable to expect her to do some charitable work. -

In his defense the facts were not available on a Politburo State Approved website. All hail the collective Komrad! -
So every infantryman who uses cover and concealment is a snipe then by your standard. Tell it to someone who will believe you.

He was not highly trained
-
He was not a sniper, he shot people at close range from a concealed position inside the trunk of a car. No sniping occurred.

Hey Paul, you kow what is amazing? I posted this, made no other comment, yet condescending assholes propose to call people names, plus tell everyone what others think. Some people are not as intelligent as they want people to believe. Look over everything said and you will see what I mean. No matter what gets posted there are those who seek to demean everyone else so they can still think they are superior. I noticed that Bill and You don't do that.

Cops find up to 6 bodies at home; Ohioan arrested Patricia Warren of Cleveland holds up a missing persons poster of her cousin Janice Webb, ... By THOMAS J. SHEERAN, AP Sat Oct 31, 1:26 PM EDT Police in Cleveland have arrested a convicted rapist after they found as many as six bodies at his house. Police spokesman Lt. Thomas Stacho (STAH'-koh) says 50-year-old Anthony Sowell was arrested about noon Saturday in his inner-city neighborhood in Cleveland. He says charges are pending. Stacho says officers have found three bodies and believe they have discovered three more but are awaiting confirmation from the coroner. The first two bodies were found Thursday night when police went to Sowell's home to arrest him on charges of felonious assault and rape. Police say he had spent 15 years in prison for a 1989 rape.

Yeah as if by magic they are a terrorist group now! No. Also false. Go test that theory yourself. Get a plane ticket to Islamabad, then go over the border and tell them you are on their side.

I have always had just one fear/worry, running out of ammo at a bad time.
-
We need to distinguish between being startled and being scared.

I enjoy suspense or very good horror films, but they have never scared me except when I was a child. Creature Features were awesome back then. Count Yorga Vampire was scary back then too, but I was just 11 years old
