The worst ones on the New Madrid were before recorded evidence, of course the Cahokia Indians probably witnessed it but they disappeared. A projected 9.2 or more would literally kill tens of millions. I hope there is not a greater loss of life than what is currently known in NZ

It really makes a nice gift for people who have everything or you don't know what to get them. If you are ever up here try Hackney's for a Burger, beer and a loaf of onion rings

    That reminds me, tomorrow I am making something different for dinner, roasted chicken herbs and butter inside a croissant crust. I am making another one with broccoli and sharp cheddar as well. If it works well I think it will be very tasty. I already roasted some bone in chicken breasts for 3hours at 300, they are very tender and nice strong chicken flavor a good amount of caramelized stock too.

    Well, that explains the look you gave me when we met. Hey Pops, I think it's just changing styles and a generational thing. You and I both remember when if you had really short hair the girls wouldn't look your way at all. These days I like my hair cut short, so short it would have ruined my life as a teenager. Here's a blurry old pic of long hair and big jumpsuit in the 70's. You are not kidding about the short hair, stateside it was enough to keep you from ever getting a date in the late 70's or very early 80's. Exact opposite in Europe.
