am i violating some sort of man-law i don't know about by admitting that this whole thing has been really easy and painless, and i am a huge pussy when it comes to stuff like this. i've heard numerous guys say that its sore for two days and you can do nothing but lay around with frozen peas on your junk, but i've been up cleaning, running around, and chasing kids from just a couple of hours after surgery. tonight i'm even going to try out the equipment. i didn't have any pain except some mild discomfort until last night. its seems that when i go to sleep i get wood and then would wake up from the pain. 1 vicodin took care of that though. when i got home yesterday i did laundry, cleaned the house, and chased kids all day. i'm a huge pussy when it comes to that stuff. fortunately i'm friends with the anesthatist and he knows my vagina-like ways. he numbed the iv site with a tiny needle before putting the iv in and then gave me something called ketamine while i was waiting my turn in the or. he then gave me versed when they wheeled me back. it was actually a pleasant experience. i just noticed a couple hours ago that he wrote "joe was here" on my thigh. to me! i got my vasectomy this morning. the world will not have to be subjected to any more of my demon spawn. i did all of my own manscaping and i wanted to get some moustache wax and make a handlebar above my junk, but i couldn't find any wax. i then wanted to get a couple of small rubber bands and make pig-tails on either side, but my wife was very opposed top this. she's just no fun at all. i did however convince the sugeon to replace my 4ga ring in my scrotum when he was finished. before the surgery i was holding it when a nurse said "here i'll take that". i then told him that i had just removed it from my nuts and he quickly gave it back and ran to wash his hands while everyone else laughed hysterically. when he was done, the surgeon drew a face on my belly and dyed my sack blue. i literally have blue balls. the columbia level is affected by the tide quite a ways up river. a quick search turned up a tide table for as far up as the willamette river. i'm not sure how much fluctuation there is where the money was found, but in longview where i grew up it is several feet. other than one night jump in toledo (quite a ways north), all of my flying in that area has been during the day. i have no doubt that i could pick out longview, kelso, kalama, woodland, vancouver, and the trojan cooling tower if it were still standing if i were to fly over there at night. given the weather that night though, the point might be moot. he may not have been able to see much of anything.
