In my opinion I don't think it is totally due to the fact the one of the spouses is a whuffo. I quit jumping for my first wife (whuffo) for 23 years. We divorced in 1997. I married another whuffo ( or I thought she was ) in 1999. I told her before we got engaged that I wouldn't quit again. We have been married almost four years and she has been going to the DZ every time I go and has run manifest at two different DZs. Everyone treats her like a skydiver even tho she hasn't made a jump. She likes being at the DZ every bit as much as I do. So I feel it's all in who you pick. Are they understanding of your passion for skydiving from the very start? If not then it probably won't work. If they are then you could wind up with a 50/50 marriage or one like mine. My wife keeps saying she would like to do a tandem but she's just not ready yet.

My first jump was Aug. 26 1972 at Rocky Mount NC. I was in the Marines and stationed at Cherry Point NC. We had a club on base and went to Rocky Mount to jump. I jumped a 28ft with a double L mod until I was cleared to jump on my own, then moved to a PC.

I would be happy to take video of your costume jump also. Maybe it would help get more angles.

I am presently just doing vhs tape for AFF and Tandems but feel some day someone will ask for their video to be put on DVD. So I came up with putting the video on CD-r that will play on a DVD player. I wouldn't have to charge extra since cd's are cheaper than vsh tapes. So far I have made some trial cd's with TMPG as vcd's and am going to try a svcd tonight. Anyone else working on this media? Thanks for the info. Yes I have been putting my arms and legs out on exit and trying to adjust them to keep in a heads up position with no luck. I will start trying this new position next weekend. Also I use the quote in your post at the end of all my videos. The people really like it. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

I rear float the door of a c-182 on AFF's. I leave right with the threesome but just under the plane I get laid out face to earth and miss a couple of seconds of the jump. What body position do you cessna camera flyers use on a rear flost exit? Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

Hey write me after you get there and let me know it they still have the skydiving club on base. I first started jumping when I was stationed at 3rd LAAM Bn. back in 1972. I still have my membership card also. We jumped with a civilian club up in Rocky Mount. I don't believe the DZ is still in operation. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

If your hair is almost brown and you have a nice tan then white or ivory would look hot. Ivory would blend with the tan better. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

I'm with you Dave except I would but the most tricked out Chevy extended cad four door I could find. Even tho my current truck has leather and three doors and dark tinted windows I want everything I can get on one. Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
