Try looking HERE. I work for FPL at PMR and we broke ground about three months ago on a 75MW hybrid/thermal system. We also have three other sites in Florida that are building PV systems. The biggest project is our hydro system in the Gulf Stream. We have test monitors there now. If successful, it could produce as much as 40% of the electric needed. So there are a lot of opportunities in the next few years here. Two weeks ago the contractor building our system here at PMG had a two day job fair for 1,100 positions, 8,000 people applied! You seem to be consistently confused as to what I prefer so let me make it clear to you. I will not vote for anyone to be president that could not pass an employment background check that required a security clearance if they were to apply for a job with our government. You seem to be conflicting your own statements. If this was a “beauty contest” as you claim, then neither the question nor the answer had any place there. You also seem to take a hypocritical position by definition on the issue. Proponents of same sex marriage have complained for years about persecution, name calling and lack of equality, yet when someone that defies the very definition of being a judge ask a contestant “her opinion” and she gives it, he calls her a “bitch” and persecutes her ever since for having a position that is opposite of his. In addition, the same sex supporters also take the same position. The same group denounced their being persecuted and called names. Talk about the very definition of being a hypocrite!!! As for the “wholesome image”, that one I have to laugh at. Just about every contestant up there has had some type of cosmetic enhancement. The whole half naked crap is just that. It is so subjective that who knows that answer. It could be clearly argued that the contestants were partially naked when they all walked across the stage that night. Also, the pictures in question that have been posted so far I don’t think would be considered naked in the fashion world, but who knows. Do you and the same sex marriage proponents really want her to be stripped of her crown? Remember, at this point she does have to conduct herself a certain way to stay within the constraints of her title. If that is removed, then she would be free to do and say what she wants. Given her support and popularity right now is that really what the same sex marriage proponents want? Also, if the standard is set that the pictures that are kind of standard in the fashion world will get you kicked out then how many more will it affect now and in the future. If anything, I would think you would be against the pageant its self since it clearly exploits women. I personally can’t believe that women today would even have anything to do with it. As for your persecution of her beliefs, do you really think that you are any better? She has stated that she respects other people’s choices why can’t you respect hers? As long as the government doesn't screw with my health care plan that I have then I might be open to other options. I agree we need something for those that are not offered or can get health care, but the government should not eliminate private health care options like what has been proposed by some in congress. My health plan is very good. It is reasonable, they have not denied any claims and they pay the claims. About a year and a half ago I had a hip replacement. I had the surgery within three weeks of going to the orthopedic. I had follow-up physical therapy and was back to work in under three weeks. My total out of pocket cost was $300.00 and about another $45.00 for meds. I don't know of any government national socialized health care plan where I would have been taken care of that quickly or that well. By me being treated promptly, it resulted in less time off from work, less government assistance that I may have needed from being out of work longer and it had me back working and paying taxes sooner.
