    I am a big pussy. I went 5 days and was fine till my first stress/anger related situation. Im quitting all over again. I dont consider it a failure since now i know i can go at least 5 days without a a smoke and my head wont explode. A big thank you/Fuck you to all of my friends that are trying to keep me motivated.     I'm in the same condo situation. I have to be at work at 6:30am. I get up and go their door, jammies and all. If that doesn't work...I dial 911. I won't tolerate it on a work night. It's just inconsiderate! Everytime i get in the truck, or look out on the porch i can feel that urge so ive been chewing the shit out of gum and blow pops. keeping my hands busy by cleaning my finger nails. Going out to eat tonight at one of my #1 bars tonight.     So ive been a heavy smoker for the last 8 or 9 years and thanks to a conversation with a friend this weekend i decided to give it up. its been around 26 hrs since i last lit up. Picked up the patch today and im not sure its doing anything for me. Any advice from those of you that beat this nasty habit???
