    Thanks to Hans, Jay, and everyone at the farm. Great flying, food, and fun. The party bus was a real hoot. and Psychobob for the err aah entertainment on the way back from the underground.     1:0:0 and 1 one three way at lake wales and..... whirr cough sputter....Aircraft Emergency!! We all heard the left engine wheeze to a stop, put our helmets on check alt (2500'), prepared to bail...pilot yelled buckle up. Landed 1 engine on the Great Barrier Otter (Paul's plane) Kudos to John (the pilot) for a great steep rt hand approach. Man that engine smelled fried. "You did what?!?!"     Catfish, Back to your reason for posting. I feel your pain. I have lost 2 friends to skydiving in less than a year. I am so sorry you had to experience this.     I switched from a Sabre 1 to a Spectre and have great soft and on heading opens. My accuracy greatly increased with the spectre. I think the spectre has a steeper glide slope but I get plenty of distance in rear risers. I would also try a pilot for comparison as well as a Sabre 2. This is my experience only.
