  1. The Gospels are books written by men other than Christ. It would seem that those authors have no right to judge, either. Ask and Ye shall receive. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  2. You give me far too much credit. I simply made an observation. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  3. Then would please stop trying? (Upon further reflection, the First Amendment gives you the right to cause people to despise your religion.) I realize you mean well, but it proselytizing like yours that turns people away from Christianity. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

Why would you have to muck around with each file? Do them as batches with the OS. I find that much faster than dealing with extra utilities. (Granted, my players don't have the limitations you refer to.) Sorry. I simply feel it is bad advice to recommend legacy filetypes. However, if you are unable to get superior AAC files to work with your player, then maybe MP3 is for you. Thus far, Creative only supports AAC in the Zen and the Zen Stone Plus (maybe, their website is contradictory on the Stone Plus). Sansa also offers AAC support only on limited models. Firmware updates can potentially remedy the compatibility issues with the players of both companies, if they choose to offer them. I'm not sure what you mean by Sandisk on your Blackberry. A SanDisk memory card? That would not be a player. However, Blackberry supports AAC files. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  6. I know you hate to acknowledge the Judicial Branch's authority to interpret the Constitution, but you really should try reading some decisions. But first, you should probably start with the applicable portion of the First Amendment. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; …" Here are four cases. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! 7. Secular means without religious basis. I certainly do not support public schools indoctrinating students into a religious worldview, nor did I post anything to that effect. Perhaps you should examine the first amendment before you make such claims. I think religion should be kept out of the classroom, with the exception of classes that teach about religion (as opposed to classes in which religion is practiced. Incorrect. I don't want to teach your kids any religious values, nor do I want such values taught by the public schools. If you want to teach them, feel free, but do it on your time and dime. Intelligent Design has ZERO scientific basis. It is not "the other side." If evolution were disproved tomorrow, there would still be ZERO scientific basis for Intelligent Design. I never said any such thing. Please read my posts before making such bizarre, unfounded accusations. You clearly haven't a clue about history or the public education system if you believe that. 10. To remember and honor the fallen, of course. That doesn't mean we can't also thank those who didn't give the ultimate sacrifice. True. It also doesn't mean we can't protest war. Personally, I think it lacks tact to do either on a day set aside to honor those that did give the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! Another suit

I have serious doubts about that clause having any legal weight. Last I checked, unless I have been given power of attorney, I can't sign for anyone who may survive me. I certainly cannot sign away their right to sue without POA. I'm not saying survivors should sue, just that it's doubtful that the jumper can prevent it by signing a waiver. Math tutoring available. iTunes' default setting is AAC imports, but Preferences -> Advanced -> Importing allows users to choose from many options. I would try changing the file extension from m4a to acc. The file type is the same, but software can be picky. In fact, it may have it's own preferred extension for the format. I also don't know that those brands support AAC in all of their products. I got the list from here. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  20. The truth and untruth quotes in number 2 are not contradictory. She didn't claim that her vote would not potentially lead to war. Number 4 indicates that Williams obtained possession of the documents, not that she removed them. Number 5 considers calling the administrations policy in Iraq an "open ended commitment" a criticism. I don't think even the President would argue his policy is not open ended. It's hardly a critical statement. Number 6 relies on the difference between her pulling together a meeting and the US Embassy arranging it. It offers no indication regarding why or at whose instigation they arranged it. The non-truth and truth in number 7 aren't contradictory. Hillary didn't claim Chelsea was jogging when the attacks occurred. Most joggers I know don't wait until mid-morning to go jog. In number eight she's guilty only of taking a police officer at his word. Number 11 completely disregards twenty percent of the Guardsman and Reservists that didn't have access to coverage without her and Graham's help. Number 12 is purely semantical interpretation. "Solidified his support" doesn't mean initiated his support. Making one's support public could reasonably be considered solidifying one's support. Fox doesn't offer any reason why Kennedy chose that time to make his support public. I readily admit, I didn't check the primary data. That FOX didn't use logical contradictions in the article is a sign of either 1) such logical contradictions not existing or 2) The contradictions actually exist but the journalist wasn't smart enough to understand their importance w/r/t backing up the journalists claims. Either way it's an example of shoddy journalism. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  21. Considering that many, if not most, of their Clinton examples stretch credulity w/r/t the untruth being inconsistent with the truth, yet only eight examples, of which seven were clearly lies, were given for McCain. Either FOX are going easy on McCain, or they are attempting to paint Clinton in a negative light. Either way, they are neither fair nor balanced. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! I recommend you do not use iTunes to imports CDs. iTunes will save the songs in m4a format, which only plays on iPods. iTunes will also import songs in MP3 and other formats, not just AAC (m4a). This can be chanfed in Preferences. AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) is playable on many devices other than iPods. It is not an Apple proprietary format. But, it does tend to offer better sound quality at a given bit rate (it was developed, in part by Fraunhofer Society, the developers of MP3, to replace MP3). Many, if not most, new audio devices support AAC format. Apple, Microsoft, Creative, SanDisk, Motorola, Nokia, Blackberry, Sony, Samsung, and Cowon are some of the brands that support AAC files. Additionally, Windows Mobile and Palm OS are among the mobile operating systems with support. Extra software is not necessary. If the legacy MP3 format is needed, iTunes can produce it at a variety of constant and variable bit rates. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  23. We don't directly elect the President. That's why Bush took his Oath of Office in January 2001 instead of Gore. I do, however, suspect that Gore would have place a little bit more emphasis on transitioning to alternative fuels that Bush has. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
  24. Yes, the study you linked to somehow managed to slip past the journal editors, but it was subsequently refuted thoroughly by the scientific community. If you think the profit margin for oil companies is small, you should check out the profit margin for academic research. No matter how you look at it, the oil, gas & coal companies have far greater financial interest in maintaining the status quo than scientists have in changing it. OTOH, humanity has more interest in taking whatever steps possible toward sustainable energy use than with maintaining the status quo. That's a strawman argument. No one has claimed the earth is doomed. Unfortunately, we have failed to deal with the issue for so long, there is now a scientific reality to be faced. We can't keep our heads buried in the sand any longer and pretend that we can make the tough choices tomorrow. Implementation of policy is political. Global warming is science. 25. You better recheck. I used no such source. BTW, it was you who emphasized that we could stop using energy. Don't blame me for being "so literal." I made sure that you meant complete non-use of energy, and not just conservation and alternative sources. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
