It is the stated objective every time someone wants a gun ban or restriction. Sure it is.... Germany has tough gun laws, yet they have many illegal guns. It is not a difficult concept. But it would be logical to state that since the guns exist your laws are not preventing illegal guns. It makes perfect sense... Not true. The 4473 includes all of that information. But the NICS check only includes the persons information and "Pistol, Rifle, Receiver". They will respond with, "Approved, Disapproved, or Pending" or request more information (Such as a unique personal identification number). The NICS has 3 days to get back to the FFL or the transaction is allowed to continue, but the FFL can refuse to continue if they wish. So they could know the NUMBER and TYPE (Rifle/Pistol/Receiver) of items you bought, but to find out any more information would require a visit to the dealer to look at the 4473's.

The major difference is that a petri dish will NEVER be much more, but a zygote, embryo, and fetus IS human. If a 14 year old wants a tonsillectomy, they have to have parental consent.... so why not require parental consent for a 14 year old to have an abortion?

Just like how Mexico's strong gun laws are working Or how Mexico's gun problems are due to the border with the US... Never mind that Canada has 3X the boarder and not near the same level of violence as Mexico. Guns do not cause violence. Gun laws do not stop criminals from getting guns.
