Your posts say I am not.

Got it, you took a page from Kallend and instead of discussing the topic, you change the question so you can answer it the way you WANT instead. There are more rules on ownership of a gun, than a plane or car.
-
No, I keep expecting you to answer a question honestly instead of tap dancing like hell to avoid giving an honest answer. It is a pretty common tactic of yours to avoid the intent and instead dance around.
-
One of your *leadership* left Canada. Find an example of that in the US. Not blindly following the path of England Canada and France that the HC is running in the red.
-
No, you still do not understand the concept of an EARNED compensation. It is not socialist if it was part of a compensation package agreed to before hand. It is not socialist if you can avoid participation. Social Security is socialist since I have to participate. I did not have to join the service.
-
Yes, and part of my compensation can either be: 1. Lower salary and benefits like HC and retirement. 2. Higher salary and no benefits. HC is used as a part of a total compensation package. So is use of a private jet, free sporting event tickets, company car...Etc.

Lets see your data Dr...... Unless you just want to admit you do not have any and are just making up things. Still waiting on your DEFINITION of "loony" as well.
-
Yet you bitched like hell when the ATF wanted to look into rocket motors, the FAA looked at Radio Controlled planes, the FAA blocked certain no fly zones. The thing is that is clear you are against regulation against your favorite things, but for regulation for anything you dislike. Typical.
-
You seem to ignore "the people" in the 2nd. Yet you want to fight for "the people" to mean individuals in the 1st, 4th, 9th, 10th. And I'll bet you want the other Amendments to protect individuals... So why the 100% opposite opinion on the 2nd? Do you support training, registration and rules for fee speech? Do you support training for voting? The SC has ruled the right is an individual right..... The historical references to the Founding Fathers have shown their intent to allow the populace to have the same type of arms as the military. I find it funny you want rights all the time for individuals, but then want to limit rights only in a few areas.

The same level of sharp where he wanted to tax your income after you die since you will not need it and it should belong to the govt and not your kids? He is a moron.
-
How about a good idea that is stupid in reality? The idea is great. The theory is it will stop drunk driving. But in reality it will not and most of us are smart enough to know that. But it is a good analogy to compare this to "smart" guns.
-
Proof? So you get to use all the rules about cars AND planes AND the USE of cars AND planes and I get to use ownership only? Fact is that there are more gun laws than aviation laws.
-
So the guy carried a *gun*, but not a phone or radio????? Stupid.
-
1. Ultralights do not require anything. 2. Planes are not protected by the Constitution. I have, you fit it perfectly. You are fine with requiring all of that for gun owners.
-
And they have declared it is an individual right... They also have declared that "weapons suitable for use in a militia" are protected by the 2nd. And neither do you...
-
Proof? As a plane and gun owner I know better. Show me the FAR's on plane ownership? Show me the FAR's on registration of a plane part? Show me the FAR's on back ground checks to BUY a plane? Show me a BAN on a type of airplane? Show me legislation on banning a plane based on how many people it can carry?
-
No, it is COMPENSATION EARNED through participation in the armed forces.
-
Then just like the guy in the military their EMPLOYER should provide HC.
-
And you think that is a good way to run? Look back and you will see you were the first to throw out insults. Only in your mind... Thats just you ignoring facts..... I already mentioned how a PM from Canada went to the US to have surgery, how Canadian citizens had to sue to get private HC insurance, how France has been running in the red for the last 20 years... Even after tax increases and service reductions. Heck you even RESPONDED to the French comment. So we HAVE given arguments based on data... You have just ignored them (after you responded to them and realized your position was weak). You want to see greed? Look in the mirror. You refuse to provide HC to your employees so you can make more profit. Congratulations!!! You have met your own definition of an American.
-
I see, I provide my data, you make a claim. But I'll even find one for you. http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/05/poll-americans-overwhelmingly-favor-universal-health-care----until-taxes-are-mentioned.php Now here's where it gets really tricky: "Would you prefer a health care reform plan that raises taxes in order to provide health insurance to all Americans, or a plan that does not provide health insurance to all Americans but keeps taxes at current levels?" It is now a 47%-47% tie, thanks to the threat of tax increases.

Why are zygote, embryo and fetus simply synonyms for human being?
DaVinci replied to wmw999's topic in Speakers Corner
Actually no. Humans experience a life cycle similar to other mammals, starting with an embryo and ending at death. A life cycle begins at conception. Read more: Life Cycle of Human Beings | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/facts_5704009_life-cycle-human-beings.html#ixzz1G2z7IFAL The human life cycle begins at fertilization, http://www.biologyreference.com/La-Ma/Life-Cycle-Human.html The life cycle of a human starts at fertilization. Nice try however. -

This from you.... WOW!!!!!!!! -
I answered questions that could be answered in two ways: 1. The intellectually honest way to further discussion 2. The childish semantic way to end discussion. You pick #2 all the time.
