    nah, I want a real balloon suit modified with wings that inflate. My guess is that the tail should actually extend past the feet a little too else fwd drive may suck. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

    There are a few reasons why some speeds of flocks are what they are, just talk with any good organizer. Listen to what glen said about the experience jumpers flocking too. I'm for frustrated at what we call 'stacks' at times. Way too much space. Now if you've seen pics or vid of me over jeff or bland, that's the stacking distance we should be striving strive for. Solid, consistent speeds, as well as knowledge of the burbles of the suit below you are really needed to pull it off. People don't practice enough right now to pull it off effectively.. nor do flocks (or the air) always allow for it. and besides, it's much more fun to do rodeo ws jumps along with trackers Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

    I really wanted to try a wingsuit but not if I HAVE to do anything stupid like a picture party..... I teach first flights. no pictures guaranteed! Get a few more jumps under your belt first (assuming your jumps #'s are correct) Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

    lace up, zip up, fly. done they have existed, usually in photocopied versions, but they aren't that useful. You'd get more and better information by just talking to an experienced pilot that knows about BM or PF suits. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

    Uh...Craig, me, Skymama, and a few others have really enjoyed Glen's porn collection of nylon and skin. The "Whores w/Wings" folder was really creative/inspired.     i didn't read the article, just the blurb above.. it's not misleading. Those guys where the camera men hired by the history channel to shoot the footage, so technically the history channel shot it, they were cameramen. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

    Good to see everyone who made it out to the event and see a few new faces. There were/are some great vid/stills from that weekend for sure. Hope to see you all in Nov. DSE - nice job on the vid. different perspective for sure. Seems to help to piece it together along the way, eh? You must have been tired since you are missing some vid credit Lurch - Enya? you?     I predict that within a few years, that will change. We'll see far fewer variations in suits and there will be an "ideal" wingloading. Just like CRW. Dave I'd tend to have to agree with this idea, but it's a bit more complicated then picking a crw canopy. What may be ideal for flocking (flat) may not be as ideal for 3d formations or distance or acrobatics, etc. I would say that too much diversity (in suit type and skill) just delays the potential of what can be done on any scale. It's just more apparent in larger groups. As for the speed.. sure most are too fast, but you also can't max out a flock (especially with points). tolerances become too great for movement (both vertical and horizontal.) Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?
