    Though I am not backing the white bread conspiracy theory myself, and yes I do agree that balance is necessary. However, I would say that the same diet for everyone isn't always a good idea. Some things just won't work with every person. Some people have borderline medical conditions that require them to eat differently and I also personally believe that men's metabolism is different than female's in many ways. More women have a capacity to store fat then men. It's proven.
