  1. i am pretty sassified with my man.. however i have to say when we are apart i am more one for phone sex than I am for masturbation. I like the verbal/talking portion of it... and he is a great talker...
  2. i did absolutely nothing productive today at work. I went on a 2 hour lunch outside, just spent 2 hours chatting with other colleagues, and now am going to go home for a long run outdoors.
  3. Definitely go the the Bellagio -- outside they have this water fountain show that is sooo cool. It happens every hour i think. Also Bellagio has a good nightclub with dancing.
  4. i am left-handed -- the only one in my family. My grandma was left-handed but she was forced to write with her right hand so she became ambidextrous. Its interesting as left handed people, we have to learn to do so many things right-handed -- whether it be carrot-slicers, soup ladels, shaking hands, etc. But i never real thought about it as a kid -- you just learned to deal. I do use my computer mouse with my right hand -- jut because it was always over on the right side. Did anyone HATE writing as a kid? I always had ink on my left hand, and my writing was always smudged when I used erasable ink/markers. I used to put a piece of paper under my left hand so it wouldnt smudge. Also I hated the ringed part of notebooks as it was awkward with the left hand.
  5. OMG -- that is so funny. The poor little guy. He looks so upset and annoyed... thats how I feel too though after having a brazilian wax... god, it hurts.
  6. there is a difference between medical errors caused by physicians/medical providers and medical malpractice committed by physicians/medical providers. According to the Institute of Medicine, there are 98,000 americans who die each year in hospitals due to preventable medical errors. THis is way too high -- especially in a country like ours that spends so much on health care and technology. Many of htese are preventable errors and are not intentional -- and they could be prevented by more reporting and transparency of these mistakes/ system problems/move to better Health IT. Malpractice awards are intended to be for intentional and egregious types of actions by doctors/medical providers -- they should be punished/face damages. Problem is the system is totally messed up so good doctors often get blamed for things beyond their control. However as mentioned by others, mistakes do happen -- and we need to fix the system, rather than just look for folks to blame.
  7. I don't like too piercing on a guy.. but I do love the strategically-placed (and meaningful) tattoos on men. Not the skull/nazi kind of stuff though.. scares me. of course, what really matters if the guy can make me laugh, has a good heart and strong character, is motivated/ curious about life, and is honest. If I am in love with the guy, it won't matter if he had body piercings all over -- i would probably find it sexy then.
  8. those are good. Sadly enough, I am not all that surprised... must be the cynic in me.
  9. i don't see a problem with it - unless you are hoping that it will get you back together. Or unless he/she wants more -- then you need to be sensitive to their feelings and be strong. However I have had sex with the ex's a few times here and there. Like someone else said, its much easier to recycle than go with an unknown when you have that urge. One of my ex's I still crave; we used to have raunchy sex for about 6 months after we broke up.
  10. i love a good crack... one part you didn't list is the legs -- particularly the hamstring area... god that feels good. i crack my jaw but i hate when i do -- its more of a stress thing than anything
  11. hmmm... well I strip for my hubby while wearing my fuck-me heels... i hope he considers me "marriage material" I think stripping is fun
  12. QuoteCheney did the typical debate thing, where one answers whatever they want to answer, rather than the question asked. Asked about jobs (related to Cleveland unemployment and poverty), Cheney talked about education. ______________________ Cheney talked about education in the context of jobs because he said he believes that it is a very important way to increase employment. If we don't invest in education and make sure that schools are performing for our children, americans will not be qualified and cannot get the good-paying jobs. A big problem that many companies have is trying to find skilled and educated workers in the U.S. -- since they can't fill these positions with qualified individuals they often have to look to other countries that have the technical skilled workers. That is one of the reasons they are often working to expand worker visa numbers.
  13. not surprising, but Cheney definitely won on substance and debate. I was never worried about him getting his information and facts right as he is known for his amazing attention to detail and mastery of politics and policy. But he did better than i thought -- although he may have been a bit too technical for some viewers who don't follow politics. Edwards did okay -- but he kept changing the subject to what he wanted to say -- plus he was too flighty on some of his responses. And it annoyed me when he kept giggling when he said Kerry's name when he wasn't supposed to. Cheney seemed much more experienced and knowledgeable -- and boy did he have some good digs...
  14. 3/4 italian -- thats where I get my temper from 1/4 english/german otherwise all American :-)
  15. how ridiculous! The last time I checked Kerry isn't the President of the United States... kind of hard to put his pic next to all the other presidents.... i guess the teacher could have put next to all the presidents' pictures all the other candidates that ran for the office at that time
  16. you know, i have less trouble with the STD than I do with the being married and screwing around bit. I blame less a person with an STD as it doensn't necessarily equate to them being "loose" I have a guy friend who is the most committed boyfriend and has only slept with 3 women in his life, yet he got an STD... that just happens. On the other hand, a man who is married and screws around... ewwww... how slimely.. Add to that an STD and he should be shot and hanged. i am amazed at the number of people who cheat on their spouses... why??
  17. i break other driving laws more than speeding -- like turnng right on no turn on rights, passing constantly, parking illegally, and going thruogh "orange" lights. Its hard to speed living in the city... but get me on the open roads in my car and somehow i lose sight of the speed limit... oops. Luckily I can work some charm on the cops (exept when I am hungover or coming from the gym... dang! )
  18. to send to those individuals who you have had enough of...
  19. okay -- i am new here... how do i do the clicky like you did so can just click on?
  20. this story is both interesting and somewhat disgusting... i just think it must be so bizarre to spend all your life studying lice... http://www.nytimes.com/2004/10/05/science/05lice.html?pagewanted=2&th&oref=login
  21. i have found that those two days of soreness can be somewhat alleviated by 1. slowly stretching the sore areas for at least 5-10 miutes before and after you work out again 2. sit in the sauna or hot tub after working out at the gym 3. a nice massage can feel really good too -- nothing too hard but more relaxing and loosening of the muscles plus if you are really sore, at first work those muscles every other day so that you dont overdo your workout. but what a great feeling it is to be sore -- means the muscles are getting worked at!!
  22. i sooo feel your pain, having spent hours dealing with them. i think its a universal fact that DMVs (or BMVs or MVAs.. depending on where from) are all full of incompetent individuals who are unable to think for themselves. Its government bureaucracy at its best. I have spent way too many hours trying to get registration, update my license, or get my tickets paid. And of course each division within is unable to talk to each other so you just stand in one line after another. And you have absolutely no say as they have you by the balls And then for some reason I alwasy seem to go when every oddball in America is there... its almost comical.
  23. this is hard for those left handed folks who use their mouse with their right hand... who on earth took the time to come up with that? It was almost Atari-like...
  24. CNN --unfortunatlely now its on upcoming vp debates. Was more interesting a few minutes ago about Mt. St Helen's
