    Not sure why either of you would argue with Ron over his particular theology. Other than that fact that he is the most annoying poster in the way he just keeps putting it out there and after a while it just starts to stink like a putrid cesspool. All religions are equally unbelievable. What is the point of disputing this one?

    They are in the throes of a dilemma. They struggle with the fact that climate warming would seem to be affecting them more than most people. But they make a huge part of their living mining and shipping coal to China. It's a bit of an "inconvenient truth".

    I'm 62 and I have absolutely no patience with people of any age who criticize younger generations as a group. As far as I'm concerned younger people are smarter and have better tools to meet more challenges than I ever did.

    I think (or I hope) those fears are overblown. Any problems they could cause would be short term. The big danger is another miscalculation by the US in the event of the inevitable Iranian strike. If they overreact (again) it could draw the Russians in. World War III is always a worry.

    36 hours or so after the assassination I am noticing a distinct lack of supportive messaging from the R party Senators, aside from Moscow Mitch. I'm sure many of them are pissed off over the lack of notification as Trump huddled in Mara-largo with a decidedly less than A team group of advisors and made a hasty decision. I would guess most of them are sniffing the air and huddling to get more information on just WTF Donny was thinking. It's also possible that the orange one is becoming more unhinged than usual and that his administration is getting spooked by his increasingly erratic behavior. Tomorrow is Sunday. If there are not a large group of heavy weight pols making the rounds of the talk shows to support this move I'm going to start thinking some are getting cold feet. I've always said that this job is far beyond his ability and that he will crack from the pressure. This large error may be the beginning of his undoing.
