i would like to follow this little bit up with a personal experience.. once upon a time, i was on tour (part of my "employmenr") on the west coast... we had been working all day in vegas, (eric ryde is the man) and then flew up to san jose that afternoon, flew three high profile flights the next morning, cue exhaustion. naturally the next thing to do is find the hotel bar. so were patronizing this fine establishment when this beautiful young(ish) woman, whom iive been chatting up all day, tracks me down.. and proceeds to hang out and drink up a fair share of my money.. no big deal im thinking...im also thinking "this chick is fucking DUMB" i mean no common sense whatsoever.. none .. airy ditzy hot as hell the whole bit. an hour later we go outside for a cigarette, and i pack the sneak-a-toke, cleverly designed to look like a cigarette... im sure noone here has any idea what im talking about, since were all so responsible and all but hey... spark the fucker, cue dumbhotbitch "whats that" ? nothing? pot? yes. exit dumbhotbitch, stage right, with great haste im talking jumped in the car and peeeled out, like i was on fire and radioactive, all at the same time. fast forward to next morning, pre-work.. boss/friend/shaner : so howd it go w/dumbhotbitch last nite? not so well.. boss: you know she has a phd right? in aerospace engineering. shes working on the avioncs systems in the boeing f-22.. me:... fuck

ok.. so check this out... I am officially "banned" from both jacksonville and titusville, as of yesterday, and forever more, due entirely to this thread on dz.com. Please forgive me, all, for telling the truth, in public. i recived a fone call on my way home from deland yesterday, saying that some friends(one of whom, was the original founder and owner of jax extreme sports, who sold this dz to the nardis) had a load going up, need one slot to go, yadda yadda yadda, full altitude, 25bux no worries... in my head: no way, too good to be true... so, i arrive pay for my overcharged jump ticket, new manifestor asks my last name, "rapoza" i say... he states "are you the guy from the internet? your not allowed to jump here... patty said i can lose my job and she was veryadamant about it.." now, i am an adult, and i can understand that when you own something, you control who can use it yes.. but. come the fuck on. if you have something to say to me, please.. say it TO ME.. at least on the fone if you cant do it in person... sorry, but the truth hurts. deal with it... so naturally the load was hosed, upjumpers were fucked, buisness as usual... and the irony... well there was none. this was expected. to all prospective jumpers and tandems.... take your money elsewhere... there are two other major dzs witihin an hour, and the experience will be a much more pleasurable one..

d70s is decent camera, but as far as i know, doesnt shoot raw... also, the extra time involved in post, isnt really worth the time or (lack of) money involved in tandem fotos..imo
