  3. Hey Amanda! You might also send this to the CRW Dog Email List....there are often others looking for jump-mates when they are going to be at a particular DZ. Send a note Wendy who moderates this forum with the email address you can be reached at and she'll help you get it out to the list (she handles that as well) Hugs & Happy Holidays Sweetie xoxo Say Hello to your Dad and Uncle for us too! Love ya girlie.... Elizabeth & Frank
  4. CSS is definitely a place that Frank is looking forward to getting another camp set for next Spring/Summer, I know he'd love to have the same CRW Dogs/guys help lend a hand with those that attend too if they are up for that! Try to get Georgia on your calendar for the March one, it's the weekend of 25th, 26th, 27th @ Skydive Statesboro (we'll have more details over the next couple months and also post it in the events section) More camps are yet to be planned and we'll also probably have those monthly weekends at CSS for mixed experienced levels as well. Love you too sweet girl, hugs xoxo
  5. Thats terrific! Bet it will feel better in NO TIME! Make sure you put some A&D ointment on it too... Where did you go for that by the way? See you next month when we get down there, Eliz....
  6. Definitely have a great cup of coffee (made with chickory added) and some nice warm biengets (bin-yays) at Cafe DuMonde.... You can have great Lobster Ettoufee at the Court of Two Sisters or a nice brunch of Eggs Benedict at Brennan's (where that dish was created).... Actually half the fun includes going into some off the beaten path places for anything from wonderful Big Easy treats like a big serving of crawfish (served right on brown paper or newspapers atop your table or a tasty Muffaletta (a yummy sub/poboy type sandwich). Just have a great time, stay cool and safe....don't spend all your money in the "dance clubs" (unless you want to!)..... Tell us how it was when you get back!
  7. Beginner CRW Camp @ Jumptown in MASS Quote | Reply ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posting this from an email sent to the CRW Dog List...... From: "Eduardo Guillén" Subject: Beginners CRW @ Jumptown We are holding a basic CRW camp at Jumptown October 16-17. This may be the last beginners camp of the season in the Northeast so, pass the word to all prospective CRW pups in your DZ. All experienced (i.e., more than one CRW jump) CRW dogs and doggesses (sp?) are also welcomed to attend to help the students to pack, jump with them, drink beer they'll buy, etc. We will have several demo canopies. If you know of somebody attending who needs a specific size, please let me know by early next week to make sure we'll have it. We may charge a small fee to help pay for the shipping of the canopies. See you! Eduardo
  8. Favorite was Drop Zone... Had a few friends in it as extras and bit parts along with the ever famous Pink Porter that I've jumped from...great flying by the pilot, an old friend as well. Have to say that Wesley was also pretty cool but I am a Gary Busey fan from way back. Other that that one I'd have to say Point Break which would run a close second if not tie with Drop Zone. Thanks for the POLL!!!
  9. What a great way to spend Thanksgiving...among a fine group of CRW Dogs & Toadsuckers! Look forward to seeing everyone....

  11. It really was a great weekend at Skydive Carolina! With the wide range of skill, time in the sport and number of jumps there were so many good elements of the CRW Camp! I know that Frank, Chris, Buz, Nina, Steve and Reger had a blast with all of you that signed up and participated. We are both so pleased to hear that you are glad you took part! I know he's got his own thoughts to share later so I'm going to end with my special thanks to all of you....both the CRW Dogs that came to give their time and friendship and the terrific participants that are our new CRW friends! I am going to post a group photo for everyone and hope that other CRW Dogs will make these new CRW Pups welcome at a DZ they run into them and encourage them to grab nylon again soon! ...CRW Pups...
