I'm voting for Kerry and I found that comment to be unacceptable.

Kerry was telling the truth. Something FEW people do even to this day. He voiced "after fighting in" his opinion and testified to what he witnessed in Vietnam. He did not want his fellow soldiers there. Jane Fonda on the other hand is a traitor. Tell me something Kerry did or said that you can prove wasn't the truth? I couldn't find anything myself. I kind of admire him for standing up for his beliefs. Not exactly... You need to look a little deeper on this issue. We all know Kerry stated he wouldn't give any other nation Veto power over protecting our nations security. You say he voted against the first Gulf War? Can you prove that for me? He has stated how he will accomplish jobs. Some people just don't agree. Hell I like the Bush tax cut. But the last thing he should be doing is lowering taxes and driving up the debt all the while OIL prices are sitting at $55 a barrell and his family is making a killing. What is REALLY happening in the background is Bush is masking the OIL business behind the tax cuts. Kerry HAS a plan to get us off of foreign oil dependency. Bush's family depends on the foreign oil market. Kerry does sound smarter than Bush. Because he is smarter. He holds himself better, he thinks more. He adapts, thinks, reasons, listens and is more in tune with what is really going on. Bush is all about power and ego. That is what his family has stood for for decades. Power and Ego. Rhino

Maybe not if directly said to her it wouldn't be... But Kerry in Dick Cheney's face saying "ha ha, your daughter is a lesbian" might not warrant a great response. And, if parents aren't proud of their child, or ashamed in some way of them being a lesbian they would consider it to be an even worse comment. Kerry did not in any way need to, or benefit by making that statement. It was a shot. He saw an in and he took it.

My wife and I have put alot of thought into this. National Defense is being cut, Education is being cut, Cops, Teachers are losing jobs.. And Bush is standing on the hill saying "It ain't so" har di har har. Let's go play golf. I don't care if Kerry raises taxes. They can raise them all they freaking want as long as they do the damned job correctly. Kerry is just making more sense to me... The more I reality check what Bush is saying the more I am pissed at him...

The ONLY thing that has stopped me from killing the people on my "hypothetical list" is my love for my wife and children. I wouldn't be much of a Dad in jail. If we knew for a fact that an asteroid was coming in 7 days and we would all be killed... who knows, I might go on the grand tour Plus.. God said "not to kill"... And I wouldn't want to go to hell.

I've been thinking about this for weeks now... Positives and Negatives of Bush and Kerry... Bush, Positives are you know where he stands and he has like minded people "with the exception of Colon Powell" working for him. Negatives, He walks in Daddy's footsteps trying to measure up. He sometimes makes me feel like times in the Marine Corps where I felt "we have been doing things this way for 200 years and it's tradition, we will not change". Boneheaded if you will and unwilling to adapt intelligently. Bushes families ties to Oil, and Defense contracts, Haliburton. Bush has benefited from what has happened, his family is making millions off of the oil prices being so high. Bush's administration have made the US look like the United States of EGO'S... Our country has the appearance of not giving a damn and having an Ego problem. Everyone wants to knock down the guy with an Ego problem. Bush is unwilling to do what it takes to protect our borders. He says one thing yet "my state of Michigan" Bordered by Canada and Water on 2 sides can be entered on the honor system. Michigan got the 3rd lowest budget in the country for National Defense. PATHETIC. I am beginning to not trust Bush at all. He isn't realistic on the budget, not stating how and where the money will come from to pay down the deficit. Kerry... Honestly having a bit of trouble finding genuine negatives. I don't like the fact that he is willing to spend my tax dollars on abortion. I don't like the fact that he is unwilling to draw out a great plan on protecting the borders, although his is better than Bushes plan. People have been saying he flip flops... Well... In a way that is a sign of intelligence.. He is willing to weigh new data and make intelligent decisions. Kerry has very good reasons for the things we consider flip flops. Upon researching them I feel he is telling the truth. Kerry is open minded, and has actually served in combat, REAL COMBAT, on the ground and will weigh that experience before sending our troops into harms way. I feel he is more intelligent than Bush as a whole. Kerry is going to ad 40,000 more troops to the Army. I feel that is horribly necessary. Personally I would add another 250,000 minimum. Kerry's weakest link is Edwards. I'll add more notes as I continue to think of them.. I've made my decision... I am voting for John Kerry. Barring any major happenstances, My vote will remain the same. Rhino
