I don't think he should have gotten prison at all. He is the scapegoat for other people on this deal. How in the hell are they suppose to get information out of prisoners? One of the best things I learned or at least had confirmed by that book was that you can de-program just about anything. I use to have what could only be described as anxiety attacks due to all the court crap and the constant stress. I would get this feeling in the pit of my stomach and just worry. For no reason at all. If I didn't have a reason I thing that worried me too. Stupid eh? I was stuck. Considering medication. I wanted to see if I could manage and stop these things myself. I learned that it was possible and how to do it. Initially I would go into a dark place. Turn off the lights. Take deep breaths and tell myself with each exhale that everything is o.k. and I have nothing to worry about.. It took a couple of weeks of doing this before I could close my eyes at my desk for a minute or so and get the same effect. A few weeks later I would simply take A deep breath and remind myself that everything is o.k... I had to effectively reprogram myself and LEARN that I didn't have to be in emergency mode. That is probably the first time I have ever really used meditation and autosuggestion to get immediate and noticeable results. Maybe that will help someone.... The book got me started on the right track.

I agree to an extent. Problem is these countries are providing safe havens to the insurgents... What do they expext the Iraqi's and coalition to do? Turn and ignore it?
