    Like it or not it is completely possible and likely. The US is being held together by a thread. It wouldn't take much to snap that thread in a hundred different places. We are already fucked. It's only a matter of time. Live one day at a time I say. Have an emergency plan. Have emergency gas for your vehicles. All common sense stuff.

    Twitchy meaning when I hit a toggle it moves. HEll when I think about hitting the toggle it moves. I don't like sluggish canopies. That Xaos98 felt sluggish to me. PM me with your thoughts if you don't mind.

    First tank of gas.. 265 miles driven and not even a half a tank used. 3/5 still left. Average on hwy with AC is about 47mpg, without AC sits around 51mpg.. City average has been 38mpg... I must say I am impressed in a big way.

    Specifically I did not like the Xaos21 at my current wing loading. Feels like mush compared to the crossfire2 at 2:0. I've put a few jumps on a Xaos85 which was a bit more fun. Still didn't turn fast enough. Dove well though. I enjoy the faster turns. The zippier the better. I don't mind high front riser pressure at all. Currently I enter my hook at 550 feet on average. I want to bring that up to 650 or 700 feet with the same maneuver. Bottom line I need to test jump a few canopies. Rhino

    Agreed... I'll try going back to xbraced canopies for the second time.. 90sq ft range. I'll give the canopy some real time and effort. If I don't like it after a couple of hundred jumps I'll go back to a Crossfire2, 97 again and just stay there.

    Sure.. I'm looking at a Xaos27-98. I don't want to lose the dive or the twitchiness. Going bigger sacrifices the things I like about the smaller canopies. Again.. Thanks for your concern...

    I have been under a crossbraced canopy before and didn't like it at all. Had a Xaos21, 98. Like I said, I am just looking for a little more bottom end and a tad more dive. I appreciate your concern. I am looking for specific flight characteristics in the crossbraced canopy I move to.

For you to make such a shallow statement shows that you know absolutely nothing about psychology and how neuropathways in very young children are formed and developed. Like I said watch the video. If it doesn't change your mind you simply should not be a parent.

    Here we go getting into the whole jump number thing again.. lol Bottom line.. I would be perfectly happy with the same exact performance as my crossfire2, 97 loaded at 2.0 with SOME EXTRA BOTTOM END. All I am really after is a tad more bottom end..

    Moving from my Crossfire2, 97 at 2:0 to a crossbraced canopy. Already tried the Xaos21-98 and didn't like it a bit. It's between the Vx and the Xaos27 now.. 88-92 range. Need feedback and preferences. Having a hell of a time deciding which way to go.. I'll be staying around the 2:0 - 2:2 WL.

    My oldest boy is cut.. My youngest isn't. I'd never allow that to happen to one of my children again.. Try watching a video of the event. Might change your mind. Babies are going through enough stress just being born and adjusting to a million things. The last thing they need is to have a god given piece of them lopped off for false reasons. My 2 year old is uncut. We haven't had a single problem with him. When he gets older if he wants it done that's HIS DECISION. Not mine. I don't suggest getting it done to your kids (that goes for everyone). I originally wanted my 2 year old boy cut (because I wanted him to be like me) and for all the other false bullshit reasons people say get your son circumsized. Human beings should have the right to make that decision themselves. Rhino
