  1. I've never been on Methadone but they did put me on Neurontin after I shattered my leg. I was having some strange phantom pains in the foot long skin graft they used to close the wound. The graft didn't have any nerves but it hurt like a bitch for some reason. They ramped me up to the highest dose and then failed to give me a refill. I went through the same thing - bouncing off the walls, no sleep at all for about 4 or 5 days, anxiety attacks, my skin felt like it was on fire, etc....it was one of the most fucked up experiences I've ever had. On the same day the withdrawals subsided they gave me my refill. I flushed it down the toilet without a second thought..... Action©Sports
  2. That's a damned good article... Action©Sports
  3. 300 times!!! I've been given 20mg of morphine at once and I felt that morphine rush through my body so bad I thought my heart would stop. Are you sure you're not embalmed? Eh, it's not 300 times more powerful than morphine....only 80 times From Wikipedia Fentanyl is an opioid analgesic, first synthesized by Janssen Pharmaceutica (Belgium) in the late 1950s, with a potency eighty times that of morphine. Fentanyl was introduced into medical practice in the 1960s as an intravenous anesthetic under the trade name of Sublimaze. Fentanyl has an LD50 of 3.1 milligrams per kilogram in rats, and, 0.03 milligrams per kilogram in monkeys. The LD50 in humans is not known. In the United States, fentanyl is a Schedule II drug. 5. I was pretty impressed with that little thing, Laszlo. Takes some good pictures - even the video was impressive for such a tiny little thing. Action©Sports

  7. It's only $125 around here normally but during the Balloon Fiesta they jack up their prices. I've jumped the balloons at the WFFC and they were only $89. Well worth it too....looove balloon jumps. Anyone know what they run in Eloy? Action©Sports

  9. At this point I am less upset with him than I am with MySpace. Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?! If I have to send them another photo, I'll definitely be holding up at least one finger in it. Are there any attorneys on here who want to draft a letter for me? What a bunch of hose gobblers. Action©Sports
  10. Bond.....James Bond Action©Sports
  11. If you're gonna shoot anything in RAW you'll need some software but, I belive Canon includes software with the camera. Nikon sells it to ya for an extra $100 Action©Sports
  12. Very nice! The only one to top that was some guy posting here had a Hughes 500 helicopter sitting in his driveway, somewhere in Texas, IIRC. It is nice but it's not mine. It just happened to be sitting in my driveway when I read that post . My buddy and I swap cars all the time cuz he can't fit more than a freakin' sock in his trunk. This is my ride G35C Action©Sports
  13. I wish. Both of my rigs are still up at The Ranch with my girl......they were asking $300 for a ride anyway Action©Sports
  14. Best guess says he's a little panty waist who's too freakin' scared to take a ride on a roller coaster. Judging from the other videos he's stolen I'd say he's trying to sell himself as a United States Marine too. Perhaps we should give them a call? Action©Sports
  15. Thanks! I've only been here in New Mexico for about 18 months - and I'm pretty weary about jumping at this elevation with my wingloading. I was jonesin' pretty bad for a balloon jump this morning though Action©Sports

  20. We had the same conversation many a time while I worked up at Snohomish. Bryan was a really nice guy and a lot of fun jump with. This whole incident is just hard to believe. It's really hard to wrap your mind around something like this Action©Sports
  21. I don't know about the majority but they do make quite a few consumer grade lenses that will work. Action©Sports
  22. The D40X has an F-Mount which means it can use pretty much any lens Nikon ever made but it does not have an internal focusing motor which means it will only auto-focus with AF-S and AF-I lenses. Action©Sports
  23. Vibes to all my former co-workers and fellow skydivers up at Snohomish......this is really tragic Action©Sports
  24. Great stuff as always! Action©Sports
  25. Small commentary, this is a fast way to kill a battery, if you're suggesting that it be plugged in after every jump. LI-ON or NiCad, batteries like to be drained, or near drained before seeing a charge, otherwise they'll gain a memory. LI-ON batteries are advertised as not having memories, but anyone who works with them much will tell you that they indeed, do. +1 Always good to drain LI_ON and NiCad batteries completely before recharging them. That goes for the batteries in your DSLR as well. I keep two good batteries and alternate between the two. So far they've lasted a good 4 years and still hold a decent charge. Action©Sports
