    Sorry, I wasn't very specific and I don't know much about them! We need it for video editting, so something with firewire inputs. We edit on Adobe Premier and right now we just use a camera to dub the video onto VHS, but I'm afraid frequent use of the ports is going to damage the camera. edited to add: and the camera is mine that we use and I would like to actually jump it and not have it used for editting!

    I'm looking to purchase a DV deck for our video concession at the DZ. I really don't know a thing about them. Does anyone have any experience with them? What brand is the best? Best place to purchase it from? It looks like the prices range from $600-$1000, I'm just looking for a simple deck, any suggestions? thanks! edited for spelling

    I think Bridge Day is a blast even if you are not jumping. A huge crew of us from Tecumseh go every year (jumpers and non-jumpers). There are a ton of vendors/exhibits on the actual bridge if you get bored watching jumper after jumper go off of the bridge. As someone else mentioned there is white water rafting and exhibits in the observation deck of the bridge. The party on Saturday night is sooo much fun too, I would definately recommend going just to check it out. There are also mini BASE seminars through out the weekend, I'm not sure if they are only for those who have registered though, I think anyone can attend. Hope to see you there! Chrissy

    Hey Val! It was so great to finally meet you! Thanks again for showing me around SummerFest. I met so many great people at SummerFest and Rantoul, I had sooo much fun and it was really hard leaving yesterday. Back to work today The Hellfish Toga party was great!! A little rain won't stop our fun!!
