Can someone help me?? I am trying to make the design for my new tattoo, but I am not very good with this stuff. I have 2 gif's and need them to be put together. Heres what I need to do: 1. Put Pinky under the canopy instead of goofy 2. Put some goggles on Pinky 3. Finish the purple end cells on the canopy I have another graphic of a canopy with a slightly different hand position that may work better. Also, it would be awesome if Pinky was wearing a rig. Can any of you talented graphic arts people help me out?? I'll be forever in your debt! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I completely agree that PLF's should be taught more than they are. In my FJC, we were not even told about PLF's, let alone practiced them. I only knew the term because I read it in a book. Throughout my early AFP jumps, it was never mentioned. Then on jump #10, I found myself coming in downwind on a high wind day. I was tired and scared, coming in like a bat out of hell, and didn't know what to do. I didn't put my feet and knees together (cuz no one ever told me to do that). But I knew I didn't want to land on my butt, either. So I came in with my legs apart, and went face-first into the ground, but not before twisting my leg around and tearing my MCL. That sucked. And it took me out for the season. PLEASE, PLEASE!! ALL NEW STUDENTS -- LEARN TO PLF!! IT WILL HELP KEEP YOU FROM GETTING INJURED!! Now every jump I do, I come in with my feet and knees together, and prepare to either PLF (if I'm coming down vertically) or slide on my hip (if I have forward speed). I still need to practice my PLF's more so that it will be completely automatic when I need it again. (And I'm sure I will.) Just my experience. "At 13,000 feet nothing else matters." PFRX!!!!! It was awesome!! My instructor owes me a beer cuz she said "nobody gets it the first time" but I NAILED IT!! My 2nd and 3rd were a little more wobbly, but it was still freakin fun!!

That opened my eyes a bit, because someone with 20 some odd jumps tried to sit and backslid over me a month or two ago. It was a close call, if he did not dump high, he would have been within feet of me... (He did not see me until he was sniveling) He was shaking upon landing. I am no sit expert, but I hear it is real easy to backslide when in the sky alone, especially while learning. So, set yourself up to track, I mean backslide, away from jumprun, or probably a better idea, get some advice from people who know more than I. Ya, I have heard of problems when ppl are learning freefly solo. I was with my instructor. In AFP we have 18 levels and do sitflying towards the end. "At 13,000 feet nothing else matters." PFRX!!!!! Wow, what a day!!! I only had a half-day off due to a stupid meeting, but I still managed to bang out 5 jumps yesterday! That is the most jumps I've ever done in a day. That was so awesome!!! And... I'm only 3 jumps from graduation!! All I have left are my hop-n-pops and I'm DONE!!! WOOOOO-HOOOOOO!!!

I wish I could!! I am soooo bummed!! I was gonna take off tomorrow to go to the dz, and now they just scheduled an important meeting for tomorrow morning!!! Aaaaaaahhhh! I hate my job!!!! It would be career suicide to skip that one, so hopefully I can take off afterwards...
